Updated review. This used to be a solid 5, but now it’s more of a 3. Lila Molino used to be one of our favorite Mexican spots in Dubai, but it feels like the recipes have changed. The horchata water literally tasted like plain water, and the chilaquiles were extremely spicy, way more than usual. We’ve been here more than 10 times and the experience was always good overall, but this visit was disappointing. Also, if you sit upstairs, avoid the seats by the wall because there’s a constant vibration on the floor that makes it uncomfortable.

Had breakfast at Lila Molino – overall a good experience. The griddled breakfast torta was tasty and filling, the tacos had nice flavor with a fresh kick, and the churros were a sweet finish. Coffee was smooth and well presented. The place has a nice vibe too. It wasn’t mind-blowing, but definitely enjoyable and worth a visit.

Absolutely loved the vibe here. The atmosphere is super refreshing. Honestly, feels like you’re not even in Dubai. The staff were kind and efficient, the place is pet-friendly (I don’t have pets, but I like to be around them), and both the food and coffee were really good. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for something a bit different and relaxed.

Lila Molino was delicious! I loved the matcha with horchata (super original and tasty) and the cheese tamal was amazing. Overall, everything we tried was incredible, but the Mexican food and the Latin music in the background really made the whole experience even more special. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🌮💚

At an Expat from Texas who had given up on finding authentic Mexican cuisine in Dubai long ago, I am so glad to have found Lila Molino. Salsas made with real ingredients and authentic spices; Homemade tortillas that don’t break under generous portions and locally sourced ingredients. So happy to have found my home away from home! P.s the music selection is awesome, ‘smoke on the water’ with a Spanish accompaniment is my new favorite song! Dog friendly too!

The vibe of this place is so chill. They have nice music. The staff Jenessa is very accomodating and friendly, she suggested those food we ordered. Nice recommendation. She knows the need of the customer. Kudos! And we love the food!

Hi there, This is GeniePam 🧞‍♀️ As a Mexican, you find a lot of “Tex-Mex” places or just restaurants that called themselves “Mexican” but this place transports you back home. Their chilaquiles for a Sunday morning, are perfect! The horchata, the coffee & the conchas! Wow! What makes it even better, is that I can bring my dog and he gets a 5 star treatment 🐾❤️ For more tips around the globe 🌍 fly with me through IG: @iamgeniepam

Food was good. Maybe a little bit expensive. Have a look at the quantity of the guacamole and the chips had too much salt. Overall it was ok but there is room for improvement. By the way on my way out I stopped at the little store, some tortillas were expired since 1 day, I told that to the lady that was working here and she smiled at me and continue cleaning, she left all the expired tortillas in the fridge and did not seem to care ! Never seen that before.
