LILA Wood-Fired Taqueria

Great little Taco place on Jumeirah road. We enjoyed the food here albeit it's a bit expensive. We had the corn elote which to our surprise was just a single grilled corn. The price is not at all justified. But all the other items were priced well and the taste was good. The baja fish tacos were fresh, the dry age rib eye tacos were hearty too and the chips and salsa had a very rustic feel to it, it's not the generic chips you get everywhere else, which was a nice touch. The taco shells are all made in house and were all soft tacos, not sure if they have a hard option offering. The staff are all very polite and courteous and overall we had an enjoyable experience.

These tacos are delicious!!! Super authentic. The short rib and the fish tacos were the best I tried the first time. We will be back for sure.

The food here was amazing - we got the lamb tacos al pastor, skirt steak tacos, a fish taco and a special fish tostada that I can’t remember the name of now - all incredible. Ingredients were super fresh and flavours were amazing. Highly recommend!

Amazing authentic Mexican food. Great flavours. Abbey and Herley were very quick in providing A1 service. Valet parking available as it’s a busy place. Very small but cosy place, good vibes. Dog friendly place. Essentially ticks all the boxes for your Mexican bites.

Great food! Great service from Manager Nathan, and Angel… Lamb tacos are a must try !! 9/10 Citrus-marinated chicken were decent. 7/10 Corn was slightly underwhelming looks much better than it tastes. 6/10 Guacamole, salsa and chips are on point! 9/10

Had a good dine in experience at Lila. Good food indeed and would visit again and recommend the place. Yet I really wanted to have coffee but it was not available due to some coffee machine issue and wanted to try the corn but it was not in season! Hmmm! But overall the dishes we tried were good; especially the shrimp tacos and the smoked oysters!!

A beautiful hole in the wall. The food was really great. A bit pricey. Their dishes were tasty, fresh, and a good portion. We love the churros as well. Not that sweet! Their drinks were fab too! I hope they will open more branches in Dubai! Ms Angel and the team were approachable and quick with our requests!

Whoever gives this place a 1 star is a fool! This place is perfect, authentic, tasty and good vibes. Any one star review is probably from a person having a bad day! No bad days allowed here!!! Amazing food! Best tacos in Dubai so far and might be that way for a while. Recommend the Lamb Tacos and chips and guac!!!!
