One of the last working artists in the "Arts District" whose presence here started in the last century. This is a gorgeous gallery filled with beautiful works of art. Lili Lakich is a pioneer in neon art and her gallery attests to her wit and skill. This gallery is open for different occasions and if you have a chance, do visit. From her dragons and butterflies, to her panther and cougar, Lili's pieces come alive with gorgeous light and seemingly impossible bends. There are also important pieces addressing fascism and anti hate pieces. In short, Lakich's gallery might have something that piques your interest. Lakich also offers quarterly workshops and I have taken it twice. These are opportunities not to miss as you can make real your neon art fantasies. I made this piece for a friend with her help and I think it is one of the most beautiful things I have ever done.

Lili worked with me via e-mail to bring to life a custom neon sign I have wanted to create for my office. Her suggested changes along the way were invaluable. When the finished sign arrived, her attention to detail was evident, from the quick release brackets to an excellent template that made hanging my new art easy! Thank you again Lili!

Wow! lili'a studio is very cool. She uses neon as a medium, and the studio is very bright and vibrant. We knocked on the door to get in, and were surprised to meet Lili right at the front. I don't know anything about art really, so it was very interesting talking to her. I felt bad for taking her time up since we aren't really looking to purchase art. Besides that, you see the years of work she has put into her art, and there are a wide variety of places pieces lit up and displayed on the wall. I strongly recommend visiting here if you are an artist looking for inspiration, or someone looking for an interesting spot to spend some time!

Amazing display of the work of these students!! Loved the 2017 Neon Exhibit! They all worked so hard and you can tell with the final product!! I'll post a few pictures to this review! The studio is a bit hot due to all the neon lights but they have fans throughout the whole room! When I attended it was a private event and I was invited to come by one of the artist. So I'm not sure about walk through, although I'm sure they have that available. Walking through all the creative ideas makes me want to take a class!!

Lili'a studio is truly amazing and somewhat of a hidden gem in the arts district. While most people only venture to the district in search of pie and hot dogs, the truly lucky ones get a sneak peek into the world that is Lili's studio. She also offers a neon workshop that is fairly affordable considering how uncommon this skillset is! I'd highly recommend for those curious to visit and those seeking creative outlets (through a truly special medium)!
