I had a lovely stay in the hostel. Two nights prior to my W trek and one night after. The staff was extremely kind and helpful for all sorts of questions (where to get cash, where to have a good meal, where to explore in the area, etc…) and the entire place was kept very clean. I was able to leave my extra non-hiking bag in the hostel while I did the W trek which was an absolute life saver (available only for those staying in the hostel before their trek). The kitchen has lots of natural light and was peaceful during the days, lively during the evenings. The breakfasts, as written in the other reviews, were delicious, and so nicely prepped. The beds were also very comfortable. In terms of location, everything felt close by except maybe the bus station where a 10/15 minute walk can feel a bit long in the dark if returning from the Torres del Paine park late in the evening. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel! It was absolutely wonderful and I’d love to stay again.

These guys were great. There was a slight issue but the owner rectified it and made sure we were happy. We got the private room and the pillows, mattress and duvet were so comfortable. The breakfast is sensational! Waffles, fruit, granola and more. Highly recommend

Great hostel for those traveling to Patagonia and Puerto Natalie's. Staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Rooms were clean and had cool paintings on the wall. Bathrooms are shared and not the best but that is expected in any hostel. Kitchen is nice too and there is breakfast included as well as a nice shared living room upstairs. Would recommend for anyone seeking a nice place to stay at an affordable price.

Very cosy hostel with a lovely double bedroom and a nice waffle breakfast. Location in Puerto Natales is very good and they offer rental equipment if you're doing the W Trek and offer more useful tips. Would recommend for a short stay!

Rooms were clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was great (breakfast starts at 0600 so you can eat before your hike). I stayed here before and after the O trek and both times I was able to check in a little early which was greatly appreciated. You’re able to leave a bag at the hostel if you have things you don’t want to carry for the O or W trek. I also rented a sleeping bag for my hike, it was decent quality and the best price I could find for a rental. This place is very well set up for hikers to stay before/after the trek.

IMAGINE THIS. As far as hostels go, this is above-average. No bunk beds, rooms only have 5 beds and it's quite nice. Met a Chilean friend here that clutched up and helped me book some things for the w trek I missed. The town is also pretty small so everywhere is within walking distance which is so baller.

Quite pricey ($52,000) for a private ensuite room in a hostel but that's probably a regular price in the area. Very kind and helpful staff - they gave us many good tips. The breakfast was probably one of the best we've had in a hostel so far! Unlimited waffles, granola, bread, jam, coffee, tea, etc. One of the workers even prepared vegan waffles for me. You can rent equipment or buy cooking gas in the hostel too. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

I love this hostel so much. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfy. It’s a really chill vibe, but people are social in the kitchen. ANYTHING you need, the volunteers can help you with/figure out where to rent. Special shoutout to Valentina—she deserves a raise!! I left my stuff while hiking the O and felt super comfortable with my valuables being stored there.
