Lilium Hotel Santorini

😊: The staff including Dimitrious were brilliant, so friendly and kind. We arrived very early and they made our room ready four hours early! The hotel is very comfortable, luxurious and spotlessly clean. The staff clearly work very hard and keep a very high standard. The room was nice and big and very clean, had all the amenities we needed. Staff were helpful in booking us a day trip and giving advice, even lending an umbrella in case of showers! The restaurant was good, we really enjoyed the breakfast, and had lunch and dinner there too.. 😢: The road outside is very busy which can make going for a walk a little hair raising!.

Very comfortable place with awesome views. Food is more than decent. House wine good. Some rooms are very private, others border on the shared pool. Make sure you get what you want. Hotel shuttle could run more often. Walk to Fira town is about 15 - 20mins.

I recently traveled to Greece with my 23 year old daughter. We stayed at the Lilium and loved the place. The view of the Caldera from the hotel is phenomenal. We also enjoyed the fireworks some nearby establishments displayed at night. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed and fully equipped. The service was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind when we needed help with finding a cab even if we were somewhere else, we could call the hotel and they would send a taxi to pick us up (taxi not part of the hotel, therefore payed for that on our own). The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, cocktails were well prepared and the breakfasts were something I looked forward every morning. Great variety of foods, everything very fresh and beautifully displayed. This place is close (walking distance) to a beautiful winery with another fabulous view and excellent wine tasting/food). It’s not a crowded location like Oia, and we liked that. We could go to all the busier places but have a peaceful place to retreat to. Enjoyed the fact that Lilium is an adults only hotel. It was sad leaving Santorini and our accommodations at the Lilium.

Recently stayed here with my sister. Ordered a Caesar salad with Parmesan during lunch and the Parmesan had mold on it. The kitchen said that is normal and it’s just the salad. Parmesan cheese should not have mold! Additionally I tried to leave for my flight at 630 am and the front gate was closed. When I tried to ask the front desk to open it, no one was there. This hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel. Based on the service and amenities, it is a solid 3.5 star hotel. But, the view is absolutely beautiful. We stayed at other 5 star hotels in Mykonos for the same price that had superior service.

Visited the Lilium with my sister July 19th - 23rd and had room 102 pool level and what a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the location spectacular. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is excellent and the service and staff are so amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Outstanding staff and view of the Caldera! Hotel was clean and comfortable and beautifully appointed. Relaxed atmosphere made it very comfortable. But the staff was the real treat. So helpful and kind. Their excellence was only matched by the incredible views from every spot in the hotel! Loved it and highly recommend.

Never stay here! They lie to and cheat guests! This hotel is extremely dishonest! We found it on Booking and went to the hotel to check for any discounts. A male receptionist told us we could get a 45m² room for a price slightly higher than the basic room. We paid immediately, but the room we got was the smallest basic type from their website, and we ended up paying 100€ more than other guests! When we confronted him, he denied everything and showed a terrible attitude. The female owner then appeared, claiming it’s her family’s hotel. She refused to admit any wrongdoing, gotangry to cover up the lies, and even told us to “stay or leave, she doesn’t care.” This hotel deceives guests and discriminates against foreign visitors. Avoid at all costs!
