Lily Residence is awesome and we would stay there again! Everything is beautiful and the service is amazing! The location is great with an easy walk into town. Christos was very helpful and gave perfect advice on what to do and where to go. The entire staff was friendly and professional and made our stay wonderful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and full of many great choices. We highly recommend it!

September 2024||This has been a challenging review to write, and, for us, we are giving an unusually low rating.||Things we loved and appreciated, include: ||• The ease of communication with Christos leading up to our stay – including arranging a private transfer from the port to the hotel.||• How helpful he was in making dinner reservations for us – as well as a car rental. ||• Christos always seemed eager to help, and we appreciated this quality in him, in fact he seemed truly disappointed if an experience wasn’t 100%. ||• The entrance and common area of the property is beautiful - the outdoor setup and furnishings very stylish.||• Adults only – yes!||• Location – just a short walk (5-10 minutes) into the main part and nightlife of beautiful Naoussa. ||• The Moet and Chandon champagne breakfast was a nice touch.||Opportunities for improvement: ||• Ants in the bed – We regularly had ants in our bed. Not many, and we weren’t terribly bothered by it, but it also wasn’t nice to turn the covers down and brush the ants away before tucking in.||• The “Hermes luxury bathroom amenities” advertised were minimal at best. We had 2 small shampoos, 2 small body shower gels, and a bar of soap. Regrettably, we were “influenced” for sure.||• The email offer to “upgrade” (for a fee) to a room that was needing a reno was extremely unfortunate. We received an (automated?) email days prior to our arrival to purchase an upgrade from our Sea View Junior Suite to a Sea View Junior Suite with Private Infinity Pool. We emailed Christos about it (hoping he might just upgrade us at no charge, but since he didn’t offer, we still jumped at the opportunity). Incorrectly, we assumed the room would be of the same quality as the one we initially booked, but with addition of the private pool. Images of the Junior Suite look stunning – with marble tile throughout, including in the bathroom which shows a true walk-in shower. When we arrived and were brought to our “upgraded” room (the room with infinity pool), we immediately realized it was in need of a renovation – which Christos mentioned (a day or two into our stay) would be underway in the off season. We wish we had been aware of this at the time the “upgrade” was offered, and, in particular, when we emailed Christos to inquire about this offer. We felt a bit “had”, so-to-speak. The surfaces (floors throughout, shower and walls in bathroom) were nothing special – in fact, quite outdated and not in line with the rest of the property. The shower was not a true walk-in, it leaked (a lot), and the handheld shower head wouldn’t stay in place, making it difficult to wash your hair. Suffice to say we were disappointed with the promised “upgrade”, which results in the low rating.||Room tip – While the private pool is nice, the orientation of our room left the pool in the shade much of the day, which meant it was usually quite cool.||Dining experiences - highly recommend:|• driving to Piso Livadi and having lunch at the family-run Soiree restaurant – right on the water|• dinner at Yemeni in Naoussa was fantastic |• lunch at Captain Pipinos Taverna in Antiparos very good |Dining experiences – Siparos was a total flop – the food was forgettable (we had the salt-crusted fish which came highly recommended), the service non-existent (rude, even – when we attempted to select our fish), an old van parked to obstruct the “sunset view”, and numerous cats wondering between the tables. (One used my dress as a scratching post. Darn.)||Jeri & Tim|Canada

Lily Residences is the Best! Easy walk into town, across the street from the beach, right by the winery..A huge shout out to the staff with Christos as the leader. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. Christos was very helpful with making reservations for us and giving us suggestions of what we wanted to do. This was our first stop and now after our other places, we definitely missed Christos and the Lily staff. We loved the afternoon appetizers and it was fun coming home to a movie for our evening drink. Also, as we were planning our trip, Christos was very quick to respond to all of our questions. We visited 2 more islands, but each time we talked about how we missed Lily and Christos! Thank you!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent hotel stay that I booked through your platform, Lilly Residence-All Sea View Suites. As a Genius member of Booking.com, I have always trusted your services for my travel needs, but this recent experience has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. Upon arriving at the hotel, it became immediately apparent that the property was not as described in the listing. The rooms were small, poorly maintained, and not cleaned properly. There were visible stains on the couches, and the pool was in a deplorable condition. The overall state of the hotel was far below the standards I expected when paying this amount(over a 1000$ for a night). I was so disappointed with the hotel that I requested a refund upon arrival, as I wanted to check into another hotel to salvage my vacation. Unfortunately, the hotel refused my request, even though I only spent one night there and checked out promptly. Despite leaving the hotel, they refused to refund me or even offer a partial refund. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude when I asked him to inspect the room. He dismissed my concerns, laughed at us, and told us that it was our problem. Adding to the frustration, the hotel manager even booked us a reservation at a restaurant without our consent, presumably to earn a commission, which made us uncomfortable from the start. In the end, I had to book another hotel and incur additional costs just to enjoy my vacation, but I feel completely ripped off and mistreated by this experience. I am reaching out to you with the hope that you can assist me in securing a refund for this unfortunate stay. I believe that, as a loyal Genius member, I deserve better treatment and a resolution to this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance.

I would never stay anywhere else. This is my fourth time at this hotel. It is amazing. The property is lovely, spotless and charming. The staff is the best -- really incredible. And the manager, Chris, is unbelievable. My friends and I have never felt so well taken care of. We travel alot and by far the level of service at this hotel is incomparable. I can't wait to go back again!!

I’ve stayed at Lilly’s Residences 4 times in the last 8 years and highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Cristos is a fantastic manager and takes a personal interest in your wellbeing. This boutique hotel is very well located to the beach (3 minute walk), town (10 minutes) and winery (2 minutes). The breakfast and |aperitifs are wonderful. You will love it!

Beautiful scenic location and friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and other munchies. Always listen to Christos’s recommendations because he never steered us wrong whether it was food or beach recommendations. Everything was personalized and felt like the VIP treatment. Don’t listen to the negative reviews from delusional fools that don’t know what affordable luxury this hotel provides.

The Lilly Residence was the perfect location for our trip to Paros! Upon entry, Christos welcomed us with drinks and gave us a thorough introduction to the island and all the best restaurants (Open Garden really is amazing). He also gave us a map of the best beaches with some details about which would fit our interests. The room was exactly as advertised with a balcony, and wonderful sea view. The room also came with a daily serving of chocolate with the cleaning service. As pictured, there was a champagne breakfast every day from 0900-1100 which also included yogurt, granola, Sunnyside up eggs in peppers, phyllo pastries and ham, and desserts including tiramisu and orange cake. The restaurants were about a 10 minute walk from the hotel and were all amazing selections. We tried Open Garden and Yemeni, both of which had an amazing wine selection.
