L'îlot by muse villas

An amazing and memorable week at Villa L'Ilot with the team as Muse Villas. We were there celebrating my mum's 80th birthday, and the team could not do enough for us to make our stay as perfect, easeful and enjoyable as they could. The communication and service was just excellent, and I cannot recommend them warmly enough. The Villa itself is absolutely stunning and the location speaks for itself. With not too many restaurants nearby having the half-board option made dining a pleasurable breeze. Many thanks again to the team at Muse Villas and we hope to see you again soon🤩☀️👌🏻

My recent stay at Villa L’îlot was an unforgettable experience! This place is truly one-of-a-kind, nestled on its own secluded islet, surrounded by the serene lagoon and lush greenery. It's a hidden gem that feels like a well-kept secret, ideal for both families (with or without kids) and couples seeking a peaceful retreat. muse villas knows how to provide great service! They strike the perfect balance of being extremely attentive without being intrusive. Our villa hosts, Emile & Sonia, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Emile even came to the rescue when I forgot my swimsuit, making a long trip to return it to us. That level of service is truly remarkable! The attention to detail is outstanding. Sonia, one of our hosts, had discovered that I love a special type of chocolate treat, and had made sure the team had prepared them for us as a welcome gift. It was such a thoughtful surprise that set the tone for our stay. They know your preferences even before you arrive... Also, my boyfriend is originally from France, but I don’t speak French. The staff, who speak both French and English, had made sure to provide his dinner menu in French and mine in English. Such a cute and personalised gesture! (...and what a dinner! candles everywhere under a big tree, perfection!) The culinary experience led by Chef Tessa and Chef Vicky was great - what a duo! Tessa's three-course dinner was a culinary masterpiece, and Vicky's floating breakfast the morning after was a heavenly start to the day - we loved them both! In summary, our stay at Villa L’îlot was nothing short of perfection. It combines the luxury of a five-star hotel with personalized services that make you feel like a cherished guest. What a place! We spent 10 nights and were well taken care of by the staff. We had planned on doing some cooking ourselves but once we got into the meals available on site that was the end of that idea. The front patio deck with a plethora of places to sit based on your mood (do you want sun, breeze, both, neither) was great. If you get a bit warm, the ocean is a staircase away. The sparrows that come and go in the evenings and mornings were great to listen to and good for setting your sundowner time to. A great place, a great team and definitely something we will revisit in the future.

The villa l'îlot is an absolutely magical place. Situated on its own little island, there is no place like it on the whole island of Mauritius and maybe only a few in the entire world. Sonia is an incredible host for this great villa and has helped us before and through our entire stay to make this an unforgettable and beautiful experience.

We truly enjoyed every second of our stay with Muse villas. They went above and beyond to treat us and make us feel at home. The view was magnificent and it was te perfect relaxing romantic getaway!

We spent most of our time outdoors anyway, enjoying the fresh sea breeze and the warm sun on our skin. Perhaps the best part of our stay at L'ilot, however, was the outstanding service we received from the muse villas team and the L'ilot staff. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and at home. They were always available to answer our questions or provide recommendations for things to see and do on the island, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. All in all, I would highly recommend L'ilot by Muse Villas to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and unforgettable vacation experience on Mauritius. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, you're sure to love the stunning scenery, cozy accommodations, and exceptional service at this amazing private villa.

Beautiful house situated in the most wonderful place. The inhouse chef were the icing on the cake...tasty yummy food ready after long days sightseeing. Also loved the private lagoon where we went kayaking.

L’ilot is a secret that should not be shared. This is a casual world class villa on it’s own îlot. Everyday is a good day irrespective of the weather. Done come here if you are looking for bright lights and interaction. This is chillax at its best.
