Lily’s Country Club is a beautiful spot just 30 minutes from Oslo, perfect for disconnecting from the noise of everyday life. The surroundings are calm and open, with a golf course wrapping around the hotel—great if that’s your thing. I don’t play golf myself, but I’ll still be returning.
The rooms are stylish and clean, though the beds weren’t the most comfortable. The spa is modern with cold plunge options and sleek saunas, and there’s even a dedicated space for kids and events. The staff were all great—friendly and professional throughout.
Food-wise, the restaurant is overpriced, especially considering the small portions and limited vegan options. That said, the breakfast buffet is excellent and one of the highlights of the stay.
Overall, despite some drawbacks, it’s still a place I’d recommend for a weekend getaway or short escape.
