Lily is absolutely fantastic! The pictures can speak for themselves! If there is a nail art that I have stumbled across on the internet/instagram she does such an incredible job of replicating it. Incredibly talented and also diverse in her beauty skills. I really wanted a naturally looking permanent eyeliner for an everyday look where I didnt have to worry about eyeliner smudges and removal. It has definitely made such a difference in my normally lack luster eyes. Highly recommend this cosmetic procedure if you wanna bit of pop to the eyes.
