Fantastic introduction to Lima and Peru. A really good way to start your stay. Arturo has an engaging delivery and good sense of timing. He also has a joy of life that he easily shares. After dinner we went to the lighted park with great fountains. The whole tour was an excellent way to spend a late afternoon and evening. .

What an incredible food tour! We had no idea the gastronomic adventure we were about to embark on. Every dish was absolutely delicious, with plenty of food to go around. From salty to sweet, spicy to refreshing, we experienced an amazing variety of flavors, fruits, and vegetables—some completely new to us. The Lima Market tour with Arturo went above and beyond my expectations, and I feel that my trip to Peru would have been incomplete without it. Not only was everything I tasted during that market tour and at lunch absolutely out-of-this-world, but Arturo's stories and explanations really gave me a sense of the rich contemporary and historical Peruvian culture itself, through the lens of its food products and cuisine. Arturo's expertise, his care for his clients, and his passion for food and sharing knowledge is exceptional. And we had many good laughs, as he's got a great sense of humor! Our family had a wonderful day with Arturo exploring a typical market and the historic section of Lima. Arturo did a great job exposing us to the vast variety of traditional Peruvian produce and we enjoyed tasting the traditional Peruvian dishes, especially fruits we have not experienced before. Arturo was informative, entertaining and enthusiastic about educating us about Peruvian history and culture.

Fantastic tour with Arturo! We learned so much and tasted an incredible range of Peruvian foods. Loved riding in the tuktuk, learning more about Peruvian history and seeing beautiful views of the Pacific. Our 8 year old son also enjoyed it, especially the chocolate. Highly highly recommend!

Our tour with Arturo was amazing! We were absolutely stuffed by the end and tried some of the nicest food we have had in Peru! Really interesting hearing more about the culture and getting to interact with the locals was great!

We had such a wonderful culinary experience, eating like the locals. Our guide knew the mercado so well, having a personal relationship with the vendors, we also felt like locals, eating the most amazing and diverse dishes and fruits while learning history of Peru.
