Wouldn’t recommend – only giving 3 stars for the location.
The hotel is close to the beach and town, which is the only real positive.
The room was dirty, just as other reviews warned. "Cleaning" seemed to mean someone quickly mopped the floor. We arrived late and had pizza boxes that stayed in the room for 4 days. The bathroom clearly needed a deep clean.
We booked a "deluxe" room, but it was tiny — barely space for side tables. It was also very damp, no matter how we used the air con. There were steps leading down into the room, which wouldn’t suit older guests or anyone with mobility issues.
The buffet breakfast was disappointing — juices were watered down and food was just warm, not hot. We ended up eating elsewhere most mornings.
If you want a sunbed, you have to claim one before 8:30am — we never managed to get one and couldn’t use the pool area.
Staff wasn’t helpful either. When we forgot our key (not lost, just left inside), the woman at reception gave us a dirty look and said, “Perfect, you forgot your key.”
For a stay that cost over €2,000, it really wasn’t worth it.
