Limanaki Beach Hotel

Fabulous location. We booked the larger room with sunbeds on the balcony. All the staff were very friendly and helpful but particularly the housekeeping staff were so lovely. You should be very proud. The room was great and loved the shower 'window' to the room. Brought light in but also discreet. Only thing would be helpful would be a small airer outside to dry swimming stuff etc.|We were in room 414 and the view to the harbour was awesome. |Sadly witnessed people coming down at 6am to put towels on sunbeds but didn't bother us as we explored fabulous deserted beaches nearby.|Breakfast was really good with a huge range for all tastes and we can't not mention Smokey the wonderful vocal hotel cat. I absolutely love the fact the hotel puts fresh food and water out each day for the nearby cats.

We enjoyed our stay at Limanaki Beach Hotel. The location is excellent – just steps away from the beach, restaurants, the souk, and the cruise departure point, which made everything very convenient. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a nice selection to start the day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. While the room could have been cleaner, it was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great spot.

Wouldn’t recommend – only giving 3 stars for the location. The hotel is close to the beach and town, which is the only real positive. The room was dirty, just as other reviews warned. "Cleaning" seemed to mean someone quickly mopped the floor. We arrived late and had pizza boxes that stayed in the room for 4 days. The bathroom clearly needed a deep clean. We booked a "deluxe" room, but it was tiny — barely space for side tables. It was also very damp, no matter how we used the air con. There were steps leading down into the room, which wouldn’t suit older guests or anyone with mobility issues. The buffet breakfast was disappointing — juices were watered down and food was just warm, not hot. We ended up eating elsewhere most mornings. If you want a sunbed, you have to claim one before 8:30am — we never managed to get one and couldn’t use the pool area. Staff wasn’t helpful either. When we forgot our key (not lost, just left inside), the woman at reception gave us a dirty look and said, “Perfect, you forgot your key.” For a stay that cost over €2,000, it really wasn’t worth it.

I've never stayed stayed this hotel, but I can honestly say that the rooms must be good to say the least. I know for a fact gist the food is excellent, the drinks are reasonably priced, in fact cheaper than most, and most of all, the staff are fantastic, they make a lot of effort and goabove and beyond. They make your evenings very enjoyable and more. Limanaki keep the staff you have, they are brilliant. 5☆ all day long.

The hotel was amazing – beautiful rooms with a stunning view, fantastic food, and excellent cocktails. The entire staff – receptionists, housekeeping, service, and chefs – were extremely kind and attentive, and the hotel’s location is perfect. I can definitely recommend it! Thanks for everything 🫶🏼

Just returned home drone another fantastic stay at this hotel. Location is ideal, situated on the harbour, beach is just Infront of you. Rooms are clean and spacious and lovely big balconys. The highlight of this hotel is the staff especially in the restaurant/bar. Everyone makes you feel welcome and cannot do enough for you, I have to say a special thankyou to Nick and Victoria! Food is outstanding, there’s a huge menu for you to choose from and portions are massive! The drinks, all I can say is they don’t hold back on the alcohol which for us we love! Highly recommend this hotel we go back every year and will definitely be booking for next year.

My husband and I stayed last month for 10 nights and had the most amazing stay in a superior sea view room. The hotel is really chilled great variety to chose from at breakfast staff are lovely especially our new friend Nick in the restaurant 😀 rooms cleaned daily and location was perfect! Loved it so much we are returning in Oct this year and again in June 2026. Already counting down the days!!

In 30 years of coming to Ayia Napa and the Limanaki Hotel, this has been the best holiday ever. The girls from Nepal were fantastic and made our holiday. The boys from Afghanistan couldn't be more helpful. The staff behind the bar got to know our drinks and were always ahead of the game.
