The rooms were very nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It can get very hot upstairs sometimes and if the Aircon is on for too long it will get freezing downstairs. The owner was SUPER nice and very helpful, he even took us to the airport and told us where to go and what to see in Malaysia

Stayed during Hari Malaysia with bargain price and the rooms are more than sufficient for us 7 pax of family.

Lovely food made from fresh ingredients by lovely people. The owners are super friendly and this place has a very nice and cosy atmosphere. The guest house offers a really good value for the money and has some character. :)

Small guesthouse with rooms in the first floor and a café/restaurant in the ground floor. Rooms with private or shared bathroom available and there is also a small terrace in the backyard. way to the first floor is via steep stairs as everywhere in the old buildings in this area. The guesthouse is located in the old part of town, many sights, restaurants in walking distance. The reception is open during the business hours of the restaurant only, so tell them your arrival time in advance. Rooms are clean with hot water and AC, the friendly staff speaks English.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Property as described. We stayed in Room 4 which was very comfortable. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Food and coffee so good we only had one meal outside (at Top Spot recommended by Jessica). Location really great in old Chinatown part of town 2 minutes from waterfront. 5 minutes walk to bus station for buses to Semenggoh and Bako NP. Jessica also lent us an umbrella which came in handy. Overall strongly recommend for anyone who wants a friendly, simple stay to flavour the old part of Kuching.

Stayed here for three nights.||Very location, the waterfront is a few meters away and you can walk to all main attractions. The bus stops are also a few minutes walk from where you can reach back, airport and semenggoh.||The rooms are clean and comfortable. It offers everything you need, bed, cupboard tea, towels and soap. We had air conditioning and had an attached bathroom (double room).||Be aware that it can be a bit noisy during the day, but at night the neighborhood is quiet.||The cafe has delicious food and drink, especially the coconut smoothie. It is a bit more expensive than outside but worth it.||The staff is very friendly.

I absolutely loved staying at the guesthouse, such lovely staff and owners. They were very kind in allowing me to have a later check out on departure. Room: clean and minimalistic - which I love, there is only what's needed. Shower and loo: within the same space very clean and modern, great shower pressure. The cafe: what a real gem!! - the food is delicious , again I was catered for with a little change plus addition to a meal I had - I'm vegetarian. Drinks: love the vietnamese coffee (I had ice in mine) a is must try, on a hot day check to see what the ice tea options there are - I had an iced lemongrass tea - which was so wonderful and refreshing. Location: excellent walking distance to the waterfront, fun streets to wander down with plenty of food and bar options. Can not recommend this place enough! Thank you so very much for a wonderful experience, will be back :D

Me and my two kids loved our one night stay. We had just returned from staying at Mt Hope for two weeks. Clean and tidy, friendly staff. Excellent location. We had a loft type room, which has a single bed up a steep ladder. Perfect for my 11 yr old son. They have dvds you can borrow a good selection for kids and adults. So after wandering along the river front we chilled out and watched a movie before going back out for dinner. All the comforts from hm perfect for one night.
