As a top photographer over the years, I have consistantly generated many millions of eyeballs onto Goggle Map views of my photos, virtual tours and videos of countless hospitality and other businesses around NZ that I've published for and on behalf of countless grateful owners and proprietors.
With only two exceptions, I have otherwise favourably reviewed every other establishment..however I'm sad to say that this weekend i have to report that I've had the same if not a worse experience as also reported by RAYMOND below.
I ordered a double shot
cocktail that also tasted like a diluted "waste of space" and it wasn't even close to what I ordered from the bar tender, then after politely explaining to the bartender that the drink in front of me was not what I had ordered or paid for and before the bartender could even respond; and without skipping a beat the totally unprofessional 'Manager' who it turns out had been standing behind me all along, without making any effort to step in and check out my concern as anyone would expect, instead arrogantly ordered me to leave the bar immediately and not come back.
Naturally, seething inside at that point, I quietly left the bar and out to the street to chill out and wait for my friends, yet the so called "manager" had the gall to even come out to the street and harrass and unjustifiably embarrass me even more after having just ripped me off having essentially committed theft and a fraud on me.
As you will read in the other comment below, I'm not the only unsuspecting victim of this.
Yes, this place was a cool late bar in its day, and until this happened I had fun hanging out that night with my dear freinds.
However from experience, as only the current and next on the now growing list of customers to have reported buying cocktails that tasted like a diluted "waste of space".. only to be treated badly and unfairly and and have their evening further ruined thereafter by a totally unprofessional management as has now been legitimately confirmed.
I'm far from happy that I have to be the next one to do so, but I have too so that you are aware of what's going on and hopefully don't become the next victim.
Surely, for everyone's benefit before if it's not too late, it's time now to immediately fire and replace the current management with classy professionals who deliver high level customer service in the hospitality business before Lime Bar has its reputation continue to sink even lower, and to hopefully under new management put a stop to its reputation potentially spiralling into some even worse version of a slimebar.
