I booked a beach front room for my 1 week stay in the resort and when I arrived they give me a regular room. I ask how is this possible since I paid an higher amount for the beach front one. The lady at the reception, quite arrogant, start saying that it's not their fault (she did not apologise at all, not even once). The conversation goes for a while and then she suggests to be contact booking.com (where I booked the room). Booking says it's not their fault neither and to contact the resort. Well, long story short, I was expecting for the resort to do something since they got more money from me for a different room, trying to find a solution, an apology, something. Everything on island was fully booked so I stayed there. Be careful also, they charge you for everything so always ask if it's included or not (yes, a bit greedy here, even the billiard table costs 20bath).
