Mixed feelings. The place was clean, quiet and conveniently located. Drab room with lesser quality linens on a nice mattress. Not enough towels. So if you shower in the morning, then want to shower later, your towel will still be wet. Absurd lighting. The lighting over the bathroom sink was unusable and glaring. Chairs and decorative pillows were dusty. Just enough amenities not up to our standards makes takes this place off our list.

🚩 🚩 🚩 🚩 🚩 DON’T DO IT! tldr: You may not be able to access the room in a timely manner, and you won’t be comfortable/sleep well when you do. Don’t be fooled by the cute MDF millennial decor - it’s more like a photoshoot backdrop than a proper hotel. Just stay at a local spot (try Viktor’s Residence) for half the price and a great night’s sleep. 1) No reception desk = nonexistent customer service. We booked through Amex Travel and never received proper check in instructions - had to talk to their maddeningly unhelpful AI chatbox until I finally got a local number to call (had to borrow someone’s phone) to get the access key - 2 hours after check-in time (5pm). Forget ab holding your bags at all, or using the “lobby” (weird empty room that looks like a set). 2) No AC & dust/hair = gross. No AC is common, but our room was particularly hot and the one fan was SOO loud and dusty. It blew dust in our eyes and kept us awake w the noise. It was extremely dusty in general - saw a spider in the room and hair in the RR. 3) The bed sucked :( Old, creaky mattress sagging right where your lower back rests, and non-breathable polyester sheets that have been washed too many times. 4) Curtains are not blackout. They seem thick in the photos, which they are, but they are not blackout. So it’s super bright by 5-6am. 5) Bathroom is too small to fit >1 person getting ready at once, there’s no shower door so the floor gets all wet, and the lighting is very poor. 6) Location is good, but it’s not RIGHT in Pberg. You’ll walk like 15-20min to get to most of the good restos.

Something I did not realise while booking a room was that this is not a traditional hotel with reception, but a place where access is granted via access codes. I arrived 1h earlier than my check-in time thinking I would drop off the luggage at the reception and will go explore Berlin. On arrival I found a closed door with some instructions on how to obtain and enter access codes. By that time my codes have not yet arrived, so I called the support to work out how to proceed. The lady was very kind - she sped up the process and, as my room was already prepared, codes have been issued sooner 🙏🏼 The room was nice and tidy. Facing the road, so noisier than I hoped 🔊 My booking was for 5 days. No room service during that time. Not terrible, but one cleanup would've been nice. Convenient location with decent public transport within walking distance. Good value for money if you can live without breakfast and room service.

A very nice apartment hotel. Centrally located in Berlin. Most ordering, check-in and codes are done digitally. If you upgrade to one of the various suite options, you get a small kitchenette and larger room for a cheap addition. Was a little surprised that there was no cleaning of any kind during the 3 days we stayed there. There was also no change of towels. With the small kitchenette it was easy to make your own breakfast as it is not part of the stay. |Otherwise, the room was very well kept and pleasant. Looks very new overall. A short distance to Alexzanderplatz, where you can find everything from buses, trains, underground and trams. Recommended as an alternative to a hotel if you are not dependent on breakfast and other hotel facilities.

I rented a room with a friend for 4 nights. From 06.07 to 10.07. When my friend and I went for a walk around Berlin, we could no longer get into the room. The door was locked (all doors have a personal PIN code) and no PIN code was suitable. There is no reception at the hotel, and it is also unknown where to find staff. After a 3-hour conversation with support on the phone, no one helped us open the door. We were given a room in another hotel chain, where we had to get there on our own (no one compensated us for the expenses on a taxi). The next day I had to fly back to the hotel that was originally booked to get myself in order, pack my things and go to the airport. Of course, no one made it to the airport and I missed the flight, but who cares. The nerves were quite frayed and no one wanted to spoil their mood again. By the way, I had a birthday on July 7, which they ruined for me and didn’t allow me to get into my room. I will never book a room with this chain again because I didn’t even hear an apology!

There was no water pressure in my room and I couldn't take a shower in a 350eur room. I reported it to the customer service and they did nothing. At the end, i got no compensation for the inconveniences (but a coupon for 10%). Will never go back of course.

Terrible hotel, first of all their linens are synthetic, every morning I woke up sweating and feeling disgusting. The rooms are having air conditioning issues, you have to keep the windows open all the time and idk even windows open the room is stuffy. It did not felt clean, there were spots in the bed sheets. There is no cleaning service, you have to pay extra fee for cleaning as if it is a very cheap hotel. I requested early enterance since I had a long flight in the whole night and I needed to change my clothes before going to the office the office. They said they will let me know once my room is ready and guess what, it was ready at 3 pm official check in time. I asked if I can sit inside to join a meeting in 5 mins, in the lobby bcs I was able to see there were tables inside. You can see the answer I got from 7/24 very professional support (!). Lastly, in 9:30 today in the morning I woke up my door is slowly knocking and a guy entering my room although the official check out is 11, a cleaning guy entered the room and I said I will not leave before 11. If 3 pm is sharp time for you, you should respect the privacy of your guests when they are checking out and I could have been naked, in the shower as well. So terrible experience from start to end, dont book this hotel.

I stayed for 10 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The room was very quiet (facing the courtyard), the bed perfect for my taste (possibly on the harder side), the kitchenette had everything you might need to prepare a simple meal. The room was cleaned twice during my stay. Will definitely be back! 👍
