Took my wife to the Limeport Inn for date night, and honestly, what a comeback. We’d been here before, but after some time away, I walked in hoping they’d kept their edge. First bite? The raisin bread and butter, rich, perfectly balanced and comforting but confident. That’s how you set the tone.
We split the difference between pub fare and fine dining, and both sides absolutely delivered. The brisket burger was indulgent, juicy, and unapologetically messy in all the right ways. My wife’s filet? Cooked beautifully, tender, seasoned properly, and treated with real respect. No nonsense, just quality.
Washed it all down with a peach schnapps and honey bourbon sweet tea, sweet, smooth, and dangerously drinkable.
The Limeport Inn is exactly what a hidden gem should be: consistent, confident, and quietly excellent. One of the best spots in the Lehigh Valley...done right from start to finish.
