I was excited to order from this website after seeing their stylish designs on Instagram. The ordering process was smooth, and the product arrived on time. While the shoe quality seemed fine, the fit was completely off.
That’s where the trouble began. There’s no customer service number, only an email ID. I reached out and got a response within 24 hours — they asked me to pay ₹500 upfront for a return, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere during checkout. Even after I paid and followed all instructions, including contacting them on WhatsApp, no pickup was scheduled. It’s been over a week with zero updates.
So far, I’ve lost both my ₹8,000 purchase and the ₹500 return fee. The lack of transparency and poor communication make this experience extremely disappointing.
My suggestion — avoid this store if you value your time and peace of mind. Their designs may look tempting, but the return process is stressful and unreliable.
Update as couple of weeks.
It’s been weeks since I first contacted Limited Edition’s customer service about my return, and the issue is still unresolved. The same email chain keeps looping between their customer service and shipping teams — one day it’s “pickup arranged,” next day “pickup cancelled.” No real progress, no accountability. Extremely disappointing experience — be cautious before placing an order.
