I had ordered from their website and had to issue an exchange. The whole process was very smooth and Ashiwan was the one who had helped to make the process a whole lot easier for me. The brand in itself is really good but the service team is just a cherry on top. Ashiwan was always polite and had handled the translation of the exchange perfectly. Actually, they are very helpful. I previously ordered Adidas Forum from them a few months back for 5k. My order was delayed from their side, but they called me and explained the reason. Yesterday, I went to buy Air Force during the sale, and there was a lady (I don’t know her name I guess sweeta) along with a guy named Deepak. They both helped me look for my size. When they couldn’t find it, they asked me to come around 7 PM. When I returned, the lady still couldn’t find the pair, but shortly after I left the store, she called me to let me know that she had found it.Considering that the size was in high demand during the sale, their effort truly stood out. I haven’t seen this kind of service during a sale before.
