The hotel is very nice, located in a quiet part of Baden, yet not far from the city centre – within walking distance. My studio room was beautiful, very spacious, with a sofa and a large TV. There's also a little kitchenette and a very comfortable bed – note that the room is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The shower in the room was a bit small (I’m not the smallest person, and I did fit in, but a few extra centimetres would have been more comfortable). The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout the whole week, except on Friday (the day of my check-out). Unfortunately, the person on duty that Friday was new, someone I had never seen before, and unlike the other staff – not really helpful – perhaps due to a lack of training or just a bad day. In the end, it took me more than 20 minutes to check out (this was not waiting in a queue but trying to address a problem with my invoice) – without going into too much detail, there's definitely some room for improvement here.
Breakfast is served across the river in another building, and it was very good - scrambled eggs, fresh bread, and both hot and cold beverages. Everything I needed.
The spa is beautiful, and facilities like the gym, indoor pool, and sauna made my stay really enjoyable and relaxing.
Overall, my experience was very positive, and I look forward to returning here in the future.
