Limoncello Italian Restaurant in Drc

Resteraunt is very nice, excellent decoration and warm ambiance. We ordered a Tuna & Diavola Pizza and it was one of the best pizza what I eat. Prices for European standard, a bit high, but for Kongo relative good. Service Stuff was a bit lazy /:

Such a beautiful place, great menu and variety of foods. We had such an amazing time with my family.

Customer service very poor We spend more than a hour to wait for a table for 6. When the table was ready we had to wait 30min to have a dirty table (table clothes nd under plates). The Lebanese manager is a bad manager with no respect, no manners and qualifications. We had to leave because according to her the table was clean. Shame because every time when we are in Kinshasa, we usually spend time there. With this unfortunate experience, we will no longer go back

Very calm location, loved the environment, music, the inside outside feel. The place has tasty food however generally in Congo restaurant service is slow. However the food is tasty and somewhat worth the wait also the music is really soothing. Definite must go place while in Congo for fine dining experience

I would rank this as the best Italian restaurant in Kinshasa. The pizzas are crispy with a good sauce to cheese ratio and the pastas are fresh and cooked al dente

Absolutely wonderful place. Clean, super service, very good food. We did not have to wait for too long. Not too expensive. I really enjoyed it.

Disappointed! The worst service ever experienced in the restaurant in Kinshasa. We ordered steak but the waiter didn’t know which knife to serve, finally manager intervened to give appropriate knife. Before serving the dessert we requested to clean the table but waiter denied and then ignored. Limoncello used to be 1 of the good restaurant in kinshasa but with time the service and food has been changed. I hope my review will reach to the owner and bring the change.

I visited this restaurant with my wife for her birthday celebration, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst service I have experienced in any restaurant in Congo. There was one lady staff member (a white lady) who behaved very unprofessionally and without any common sense. The moment we entered, she insisted that we sit outside in the hot weather just because I was holding my 2-year-old child. She claimed that sitting inside—where there is air-conditioning—would “disturb” the other clients. This was completely unreasonable. “There was football match was going on and entire people was shouting and clapping “ After arguing, I finally managed to sit inside, but by then our mood and the entire birthday dinner were already spoiled because of her attitude. I genuinely feel that this staff member is a hazard to the business. Who in Congo would ever tell parents to sit outside with a small child in the heat and mosquito bites? Very disappointing experience.
