I'm in this neighborhood again. This kitchen have a modern interpretation. I was the only one there when I arrived, and I was the only one there when I finished and pulled out. This is on a Thursday, and this Thursday. There should be more people there, but for some reason there wasn't. Some people out there tell me they don't like Curry. I don't know why, but I can understand that. They asked some of your favorite rap stars out there if they like Curry. They probably might say their favorite Curry is Butter Chicken, Biryani, or Tandoori Chicken. That's the most basic answer ever. Some people out there might ask how about the Jamaican Goat Curry? I don't want to talk about the Goat Curry. I say I can't imagine consuming a goat. Then some people out there might ask, how about the Lamb Korma? I stopped consuming Lamb too. The farthest I'll go is Mutton Chop, Elk, Antelope, Venison, or Duck. No Alligator, Kangaroo, Ostrich, Whale, or Eel. If a girl like Rahavard Farahani asked me if I like Curry? It would probably be Phanaeng Curry. This is the most distant type of Curry to the other Curries out there. This is from a different region in the world. I've had some other things with Kaffir Lime Leaves, and this is the same concept. Not everything needs fish sauce, but fish sauce makes this Red Curry I guess. I like the Sauce to be thick. I don't want to talk about what makes it thick, they should know out there. This actually don't need to be with Chicken. It can be with anything like Veggies. I've had this somewhere else that had Pineapples in it, I don't know if that's authentic. But this variation of this dish, was exceptional. And if it wasn't spicy enough, there's pickled and fermented chili that compliment it. Not everybody out there can handle the heat though. I'm also familiar with regular Milk Tea, but I never had a Green Milk Iced Tea like this until now. I liked everything here.
