Lin Ratanak Angkor Hotel

We stayed here for five nights. The hotel is used for large tour groups but this did not cause any issues for us. Check in was very quick and we were shown our room. We had an issue with it as the air conditioning unit outside was faulty and making a large noise so sleep would not be possible. We were quickly moved to the front of the hotel. The room was smaller but was still very nice. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Safe, fridge and TV in room. The restaurant was good and we ate lunch on two occasions around the pool when taking a break from the temples. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The most outstanding quality of this hotel is the staff. Fantastic customer service with polite and helpful staff. Thank you for a lovely stay.

great position in a quiet area, small pool, which is really quiet - apart from when they're having children swimming lessons!. Very good spa on site with excellent value treatments. at night there were lots of street side food opportunities - not so many in the daytime. Its an easy walk - about 20 mins to town centre - or use a tuk tuk for $2 - the hotel ones are the same price as the ones you hail yourself. The rooms are a bit dark, bit large and have all you need.

We requested for the family room to accommodate 6 persons and they made it happen. 4 big beds meant for sharing with 2 full size bathrooms! Rooms and common areas were scented nicely. Free buffet breakfast was pretty much standard but the service staff were great! It were the other guests who arrived by bus loads that were the letdown, being noisy, rowdy and smoking even in common areas where there were restrictions

We chose this hotel for the beautiful wood work and furnishings featured in their photos. This all lived up to expectation. However, the location is not ideal. Probably was when the hotel was built but the town has grown. Out first room was at the back of the hotel and overlooked an area where licals seemed to party until midnight. The staff were quite aware of this and not surprised when we asked to move. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. Our second room was at the front of the hotel - a lot quieter except for the 6am tour buses. |Be aware that that airport pickup does NOT include the return trip. We were surprised we had to pay for this.

We stayed in the family room. It was okay (except the bugs but they are in every hotel).Nice pool. It was very empty so that was good but the showering and changing facilities were very poor. The breakfast was awful. We had to put the bread through the toaster 8 times and it still wasn’t done. Milk was warm. Eggs were cooked badly. Not much variety in food.

Hotel and staff phenomenal. Hotel is clean, spacious, and in a good location. Off the main street but close to everything. Restaurant serves a wide range of food at a reasonable price with an amazing wait staff. Bar offers half price happy hour drinks from 5 to 7. Staff is eager to please and they speak good English. Great help with providing transportation.||Thank you for making my stay so great.

Great location. A 5 minute ride to pub street, yet far enough for a quiet relaxing time. The beds were extremely comfortable. Food prices are close to US prices. Drinks are a little expensive. All around a great stay. I love that it's so close to everything.

The best: The air conditioning in the room (quite quiet) and the pool (very quiet and beautiful). The rest of the hotel rooms did not have air conditioning, the carpet floor in the hallways with visible spots, if you went down at night they did not have the hall lights on. Breakfast very unhealthy. We would not return
