Lina Ryad & Spa

We stayed for two nights. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very good and so was Dinner (you have to give them 1 hour heads up for prepping dinner). Location is amazing - it's in the heart of Medina and next to most photogenic street (Derb El Assiri). Everything is a 15 min walking distance from here. Rooms were nice and clean though bathrooms were a bit dated and can be spruced up. Be prepared to do a lot of walking (up and down) in the medina.

This riad is right near the prettiest streets, serves good dinners, and has comfortable spacious rooms with great service. My favorite thing about this hotel was the Hammam and other spa treatments. I also appreciated the modern heating system in the rooms, the extra living space in the rooms, and how comfortable the bed was. Be ready to climb a lot of stairs, and also if you have an exterior facing window you will hear the call to prayer super early.

This was so far the worst experience in Morocco ( came to Morocco at least 20 Times ) . We checked in Friday 5 pm as soon that we get there there was no electricity in the riad we were there for 24 hours and all they were saying was " we are sorry " next day ( checkout at 10 am ) was check out I had to beg for a gesture and all they did was taking off 20$ on a 180$ room. Service is bad . Don't believe what internet says about that place . No heat super cold room you need to sleep with a coat and to get to the rooms you need to take slippery stairs my friend actually fall off the stairs . I won't recommend that place at all .

I didn’t stay at this hotel, but I came here for a massage. The hotel itself seemed cosy, and the staff were polite and respectful. However, the spa experience was disappointing. The massage pressure was weak and felt more like someone simply applying oil on my body for an hour. My dad tried the hammam as well, but according to him, the experience wasn’t particularly special — especially compared to what we experienced the night before at another city, Fez.

Nothing less than 5 stars for this place, absolutely beautiful, brilliant views, staff and spa was AMAZING!!! first time stay but won't be the last ان شاء الله. We loved every single minute in chafcheuon

Nice clean hotel, comfortable beds. Marks off for a couple of reasons: 1) The service was slow and the food was uninspired at the restaurant. 2) The biggest problem is that the dining area, reception, and public spaces are all in what was originally a courtyard, so every sound made in those public spaces can be heard in your room, especially if you’re on a lower floor. I could hear people eating while I took a shower, for instance. I assume they could hear the shower. It was absurd how much sound travelled. It was almost comical. But it certainly wasn’t restful.

The most across the board unfriendly staff in Morocco. No smiles, no greetings, just blah. The lady at breakfast was ok, but no warmth. The lady that checked us in was under her breath hostile. Rooms were overly crowded with furniture, but fine otherwise. The noise from the streets was crazy making. Kids dont’t seem to go to bed at night in Morocco. Experienced this in every city.

Both my partner and I loved the experience here! Exceptional massage (60 minutes) and the traditional Hammam was so carefully done and a delight for my skin!! .
