Lincoln Downs Resort

Thank-you so much for such a great experience. Staff were very kind and hospitable. Fair priced accommodation - Food was to die for! We paid more for our dinner in the restaurant than the actual rooms we stayed in. Beautiful motel and location with a nice walk close by to the jetty. Tennis courts with free rackets to use and a pool, unheated but would be great in summer. Only put 4 stars as there was little ventilation in the bathroom - there was no switch for a fan and so after a shower when we opened the bathroom door, the steam set off the fire alarm - easy to turn off and no big deal at all for us just a very loud surprise for us and our neighbours. 😶‍🌫️🫣🚨

A great little find on the south coast of NSW! Perfect for couples or a family with lots of little activities to do on site. We stayed for 2 night and had 4 meals in the restaurant. Big portions and excellent value!|The room had a great view to the lake, a Juliette balcony and was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. Bed was super comfortable and even felt like new mattresses. Exceeded our expectations--would be a great place for families to chill out--not a huge pool, but enough space for people to hang out and relax.|Lovely staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping.|Thanks!

The bed was very comfortable—plush, supportive, and perfect for a restful night's sleep. One of the standout features was the onsite restaurant. The food was great, with a diverse menu that caters to all tastes. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great restaurant. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay.

Rooms are clean and fresh. Beds are comfortable....no lumpy/sagging mattress. Shower is amazing. Price is very reasonable (we did visit in Winter) Nice and close to everything in Batemans Bay Will definitely stay again. Both of us were impressed with this resort.

An absolutely delightful place conviently situated close to the bay and just 10 minutes to mogo zoo. The 2 bedroom spa suite was comfortable, we ate at the restaurant booked via open table and the food was scrumptious. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and enjoy our girls weekend away needless to say we will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful place for a girls night away, the 2 bedroom spa suite was lovely and we ate at the restaurant. The staff were incredible just a shame other guests didn’t abide by the NO smoking policy with pot filling our apartment. Great location and close to shopping and mogo zoo 10 minutes down the road. Definitely be back

I would not book through external providers, the descriptions are not correct and they don't link to their system properly. The manager and staff were overall great so overall a 3 star review for that aspect since we only had a one night stay. Overall though this was just a fancy motel, not a 'resort' as we didn't end up getting the room we booked which might have been more resort like. But the rooms were motel rooms, fine for one night and clean and tidy enough, and well located but with no cooking facilities or extra amenities. The wifi was super patchy and never got beyond two bars strength all night. Again may have been different if we got the room we paid for and the staff did their best to assist. Only reason this is 3 not 2. Otherwise it's not quite like advertised.

We had the absolute pleasure of having our wedding at Lincoln Downs, and we can’t thank Mel and Mick enough for making it such an incredible experience. With only a short amount of time to organise everything, they were beyond helpful, easy to work with, and made the whole process completely stress-free. The food and service from both Mel and Mick were absolutely amazing — everything was beautifully done and our guests haven’t stopped talking about it. The grounds are stunning and made the perfect backdrop for our special day. Everything ran so smoothly, and it turned out to be an amazing day we’ll never forget. Highly recommend!

Summary: Great beds, renovated rooms, great food, reasonably priced, slow wifi Our stay here was a one-night stop over between Sydney and Merimbula. The grounds and room were very relaxing. We stayed in a King Suite (building 1, room 8) with our toddler and it was very reasonably priced for the area, amenities, and quality of the renovations. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room also came with a sofa/pull-out bed for our toddler. We opted to eat at the on-site restaurant for dinner and the food was amazing. The portion size was great and the flavors were fantastic. We have had a good number of questionable meals at hotel restaurants and this was a very welcome reprieve. We'd stop here again just for the food...it was that good! The dinner was a higher priced meal, but the presentation of the dishes, attentiveness of the staff, and overall quality of the food were well worth the higher sticker price. WiFi was a bit slow. It worked on our mobile devises, but not on my laptop. This is not the fault of Lincoln Downs, but should be noted. We could also hear a little road noise from our room, but it didn't keep us awake at night.

A lovely place for a little getaway! Hammocks by the pond and the cabanas by the pool are great to get your chill on. Also here in December...its scorching in Canberra, so it's nice to get a bit of a reprieve by the coast.
