Lincoln Hotel Philadelphia

Ideal for families, this hotel offered us a wonderful experience. Our suite was spacious with plenty of room for the kids to play and sleep comfortably. The pool had a separate shallow section for children, and the kids’ club organized fun activities. The restaurant had a good selection of meals, including healthy options. The hotel’s location was convenient for visiting nearby parks and museums. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Since redone the room was clean and nice,they had food an alcohol and they⅞ worked with me on the hours I needed to get in there earlier and they accommodated me. I didn't like the some of the people that were hanging out outside and and they kept asking me for cigarettes and money the only other thing was the potholes in the parking lot. Other then that the room was nice and the staff was friendly.

Absolutely horrible. The “hotel” is in actuality, a dirty motel. Way more disgusting than the pictures make it out. Insect infested, hair on the bed, stinks of cigarettes, stains on the couch. Staff unprofessional and unwilling to help. They are selling liquor openly at the front desk, also not something that was advertised. We immediately tried to vacate our reservation and asked for a refund, to which they offered us a “room upgrade” that was just a slightly bigger room, again with stains everywhere, hair on the bed, and dead bugs. We were told the only way we can receive a refund is by speaking with the manager, who conveniently has not been available for days as we keep calling.Do not stay here.

The rooms don’t look like the one in the photos, the dirty spaces, the reception looks like a liquor store and in addition there was a mouse inside the room.. I communicated it at the reception and they told me that it was normal because of the entrance doors that are automatic

Beds are extremely comfortable! Ev chargers there but they never mentioned it's free . Prices are ok, just be prepared for spiked taxes, lol. Overall, it's not a bad stay

Horrible hotel. Looked like a crack den. Lobby was dark. Staff was extremely rude. Tried reaching hotel multiple times with no response. Got messages that call Could not be completed. They refused a refund and claimed there was no manager there on site. Hotel was unsafe for families. Will be disputing charges. Hotel should be closed down.

Worst hotel I’ve ever walked foot into. The moment you check in, you know you’ve made a mistake. The lobby is a liquor store and the clerk is behind bullet proof glass. We got to our room and it was dirty and if walls could talk, I’m sure they would have a lot to say. There was a blood splatter stain by the bed, patched holes in the wall, the door itself looked like it had been kicked in during some kind of dispute (I have photos to prove). The comforter on the bed had cigarette burn holes and my we found short, dark, curly hairs on a pillow. We immediately felt unsafe in this disgusting environment. We went to our party (the reason we were in town) and had to leave early because our children were sick at home. This was around midnight. I told the front desk that we had to check out and go home to our sick children. I asked if we would be charged and she said “yeah you were here 4 hours and that’s enough.” I cannot believe that we were charged to stay at this place! We didn’t even sleep or shower here! We were only physically in the room for 30 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies. I would appreciate if management would reach out to me to discuss our experience at this hotel. So far, I haven’t received a call or email back from the hotel. Shocking.

Garbage hotel that NEVER answers their phone!! Lazy and don't care about you!! Roaches crawling in bathroom, cigarette stink bad and check for bedbugs so you don't take them home with you! Avoid this absolute DUMP!!! Be careful!

I am not one to wright reviews but this is so falsely advertised I need to speak up. This place is dirty, stains on all the sheets, towels, couch anything that can be stained was. There was hairs in the sheets and smelled everywhere of cigarettes. When we complained about the room they said we can switch but will not give us a refund. I said what's the difference if my complaints are because it's dirty not the amenity's. The front desk women then explained the more expensive rooms they clean better... I thought clean rooms are just what any costumer should receive. Of course I looked at the other rooms and that was a complete lie. All that being said the pictures are from a room booked "the luxury room"

I cannot communicate enough, about the outstanding customer service and support, Ms Amanda provided me when I checked in and throughout my stay. She was very courteous, friendly, helpful, and respectful. Unfortunately, I had a water leak, from the sink, and she immediately offered to provide me another room. She explained her maintenance employee was off until Tuesday and she couldn't have it repaired. As a result, of her customer service provided, I will definitely stay at Lincoln Hotel when back in Philly.

This Hotel smelled of cigarettes and marajuana upon arrival to the lobby. The hallway was cluttered and filthy . The rooms are dark, dirty smelly and dingy. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was also un professional and rude. I requested a refund for the reasons listed above as well the fact that they didn't provide me with the luxury room I paid for.

I was visiting a friend and stayed here by myself for a night. The MANAGER (at least so he says) WALKED IN when I was in the shower!!! He used a spare key card!!! I got out scared as hell and he said he wanted to talk to me. I told him to LEAVE and he said he'll come back later! HES A DAMN CREEP!!!
