This was the worst humiliation I could have as a hotel guest. We were just looking for a place to rest and it was the worst nightmare. I don't understand how a hotel like this continues to operate after having so many cockroaches and bedbugs inside it and super horrible smells. They didn't have towels, shampoo, soap, or toilet paper. When I saw all of this, I had to leave the place and sleep inside my truck, which was more comfortable and safe.

Place is a absolute dump. Had to immedialty check out. Dirty rooms, dead bird on balcony. Fly's everywhere stunk so bad. Place needs to be shut down. Dont let the pictures fool you.

You guys used to be good to me but now I give you 1/2 a star. kicked me out when I paid over 900 since March 22nd 2025-April 22nd 2025. Have all my statements from my bank but this hotel can't give me a print out of every single time I paid. Fishy...my husband did nothing but help these people when we showed up sewage water was leaking all down the parking lot frozen and half slush for the first 2 weeks we stayed my husband helped trying to be a nice person but they never paid him they hardly even wanted to pay for there hotels materials it needed.they really wanted my husband to pay for the materials 1st like what kinda business does that, that looks like this place. 🤣 They don't have breakfast, have roaches, and mice, broke down pool, holes in the wall, never hot water, no laundry or atleast no body staying at the hotel can use it but maintenance. The maintenence worker and housekeeping is the best staff they have here. All the people in the front are lousy, Lazy never answer there phones, Incompetent, scammer, conniving, racist, and selfish. Never in my life have I had a hotel front desk guy roll his eyes and pretty much tell me he don't give a crap what I got to say and sitting there rolling there eyes. These people will also try to hold animals and children hostage in rooms and call the law and animal control when all you were trying to do was get your stuff out. Why in the world would I pay 304 for the lincoln in to stay 2 days then I have to leave again. When that payment should be from Sunday to Sunday they'd want me out 3 days early that's shady. Everybody pays different prices but all rooms are the same half of them don't even look like there Google ads show. I'm telling you even the deposits are different when told it's all the same. Don't listen to there Facebook ad either the front desk will look at it and then say oh it's not real when their the ones that posted it onFacebook. Nobody called the fire marshal on yall either your poor management skills did that . Also pock up the dog shit randomly in the hallways and the needles and the trash maybe it won't be so trashy for yall then. If you stay here you better have a thick skin. Don't let them walk over you like they did me. They also don't have working fire alarms and randomly go off at 1am and nobody stay in the office after midnight and it went off for hours in the middle of the night. For days on end. They don't even have ice machines that work or microwaves, or fridges something in your room isn't going to work right trust me.

This place is horrible. The room wasn’t clean, doesn’t have refrigerator and microwave as it’s supposed to, one of the drawers was full of needles, the toilet had pee all over it, the smell was terrific and not only in the room, was all over the place. They just want to steal your money, because once you have the room if you complain about it you will not receive a refund for their pretty nasty work

Booked on Expedia solely for the amenities. Husband went to check in and first sight was the riftraft around the motel. Although listing said non smoking, the ENTIRE inn INCLUDING room smelt of cigarettes. He walked into the room to find that there were no amenities. No microwave, fridge, or coffee pot. Go into the bathroom, no towels, no toilet paper. Hallways had cigarette butts on the carpet in the corners. Trash piled up outside. When husband went to the front, front desk told him we had to call Expedia. They put me on hold to call the property. I was told the motel manager denied my refund. I called the property and they wanted to see the pictures. I sent them and never heard anything back. Scum. I’ve seen cleaner crack motels.

Google
Terrible service, no one appeared in the office after waiting 45 minutes to pick up a package that was accidentally sent here. No one answered the phone. Homeless and riff all over. 2 shootings in summer 2024.

DON'T GO. the worst in okc. I love the town but this one spot left a bad taste for itself. Nasty and no microwave.... I mean how tf

This place needs to be shut down. I’m sorry but no motel should have such unsanitary conditions like this place. Roaches in the bathtub and all around the room, the reek of smoke in the hallway and even in the supposed non-smoking rooms, also a seedy crowd in and around the motel. I didn’t feel safe at all being there, there was definitely more than cigarette being smoked there too.

Yelp
I found the Lincoln Inn Express hotel & suites on hotels.com and decided to book it for 2 nights. Main thing about this place was that the photos look decent enough and the price was within my budget. It was the first time staying in Oklahoma City ever, so it was important that I find a place that met my needs: affordable, safe, and comfortable. With that said, my friend and I arrived here on a casual Friday afternoon after a drive from Wichita, KS, but originating from Kansas City, MO. First impressions is that it is similar to lower tier hotel like Super 8, but the rooms were average, mostly importantly clean, organized, and the beds were quite comfortable, but it took a while before getting sleep. It was your typical set up without the all bells and whistles. For the most part though, the Lincoln inn Express hotel and suites was quite casual and just what we needed after a day of driving. It was as basic as you can get without breaking the bank. Prices here was around $55/night and I was glad that I picked this place. They ask for your drivers license and a major credit card upon check in. I basically had no problems during my stay. Everything worked properly and the double beds were comfortable to get in a solid 8 hours of sleep per night. The overall experience here at the Lincoln inn Express hotel and suites in Oklahoma City, OK was good and uneventful. It was quiet and I didn't hear anyone making noise next door, which is a very good thing when you're trying to get sleep before a running event. My friend and I got room 109 during our stay and it fit perfectly, especially when you come back after running a lot of miles and don't want to move up and down stairs. Lol The Lincoln Inn Express hotel is located at 5405 N Lincoln Blvd on the northern fringes of Oklahoma City. As mentioned before, they accept major credit cards, which is an industry standard, although you can pay with debit cards too. They have a private parking lot for guests to stay in. Best bet would be to have your own vehicle or rent one. Not sure if there is public transportation options here in Oklahoma City to get to the hotel or not, but there's always uber and lyft at your service from the airport to the hotel, should you need them. The Lincoln Inn Express does not currently have any type of airport shuttle service. It's as basic as you can get without the frills. Sometimes, that's all you need really! The check in service here was good and quick, although I had to wait for the guy to check us out. When all was said and done, it was a nice stay that was also average at the same time while being comfortable and affordable at the same time. The shower worked nice and the housekeeping gave us extra bath towels, which was nice. Everything was orderly and I could see myself coming back to Lincoln Inn Express hotel and suites here in Oklahoma City, if my travels permit me to do so. My personal view on lower tier properties is that if it's affordable and can be the same basic experience as those other top brands without the bells and whistles, then why not. It's always a tough call when you see negative reviews on yelp and myself had a good experience. I guess my outlook is different. Cheap travel is always good! Recommended if you are traveling through the Oklahoma City area and need an affordable place to crash. It's not the Sheraton, but it'll be comfortable. 4.0 stars for the overall experience. 4.0 stars for the room comfort and cleanliness. 3.0 stars for the service, but 4.5 stars for the prices. Support local! B

Yelp
the room tv didn't work, no microwave, you have to use a plunger to flush the toilet stool, they over charged me for 2 weeks then they turned around and had no water on and said they working on it. mind you i've been waiting on maintenance to fix my refrigerator since last friday oh yeah they wanted to constantly remind me that the room was non refundable i guess i would've been off in the shelter..the staff is rude minus 2 of the people and housekeeping doesn't come until you leave

Yelp
Don't discount this hotel. The front desk was wonderful. The room looks old but nice for the price. Bed was comfy. Plenty of pillows. Wall mounted tv. Nice clean bathroom. No bugs. First thing I always do is check beds in every hotel. A/c works fantastic. Our bottom floor has a nice little sitting area through a sliding door with two chair overlooking the pool Very quiet Breakfast has all kinds of starches: waffles, biscuits, oatmeal. No eggs or bacon. Grandy's is less than a mile away. Va hospital is a five minute drive. Will stay here more often.

Yelp
DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked this place because lonely planet recommended it. We have talked with the book as well and they will be removing this place as a recommendation. About our stay - Walking in the front desk person was arguing with a guest who needed to switch rooms because the first room was unacceptable. The guest said she had stayed before and it was not bad as it was now. I should have run, but gave it a chance, deeply regret it. I got my key card and headed to the room. The hallways were filled with cigarette smoke and trash. I have bad asthma and could smell the smoke through my n-95 mask. I went back to the front desk to try and get a refund because it was not safe because of my medical needs to stay. They refused but did offer another room which also required walking through the hotel smoked-filled hallways, which I declined for medical reasons. I left they still charged me. I spent a week going back and forth with a manager who only spoke Spanish so had to get my uncle involved to translate. They said the owners would call me and give me a refund. They never did. Please just give us a refund. Do not stay here.

Yelp
We arrived at the Lincoln Inn Express Hotel and Suites On July 18th 2018 at 9:16 PM. We checked back out July 18th 2018 at 10:26 Pm . Before we even got to the room # 141 some guy was hitting us up in front of the office for money. Then we couldn't find the room because there was no numbers on the doors. When we was going to the room the hallway smelled of marijuana. When we pulled the blankets back there was bugs in the bed , lifted the sheets up there was red BLOOD STAINS AND A LOT OF CIGARETTE BURNS IN THE MATTRESS. We go into the bathroom there was Black MOLD in the tub/shower. The Microwave had food caked on the glass in it . There was food left in the mini fridge. The table at the end of the bed wasn't cleaned. The lamps by the bed had black tape holding the wires together for the plug. There was a couple next to us with a PIT BULL that came out of there room charging at my dog . My dog was on a leash .'The same couple next door to us went outside on the patio and SMOKED MARIJUANA. When I went to check out and told the lady at the front desk about everything she said the there wasn't any complaints about the room . I told her about the couple next to us smoking marijuana. She said unless the cops catch them there isn't anything they can do.My husband is disabled and has a hard time walking up stairs ,she said there is only 2 step. And that my husband is allergic to the smell and touch of Marijuana . All she said is someone will call you in the morning 6-19-18 and no one has called yet .I called about 1:00 PM on 6-19-18 and talk to another lady and was told to call back tomorrow in 6-20-18 I HAVE NEVER FELT THIS UNCOMFORTABLE IN A HOTEL AS I DID THIS ONE.!!!! All I want IS A FULL REFUND. !!!!!

Yelp
Don't bother! I have stayed in hotels across six continents and have never been in a "non-smoking" room that smelled so badly of smoke I had a headache. Decided to say elsewhere. In addition: No outlets, small bed, very dirty.

Yelp
Management was super nice. I wish the hotel was as nice as management. The first room was dirty. So we switched. The second room had a water leak. Third room had bugs. After all of that I decided to try and get a refund. They were very understanding after all the inconveniences in 24 hours they gave it to me. I wish all hotel staff were this accommodating and helpful. Their customer service was awesome I just wish the hotel was in better shape because I would have stayed. The breakfast was awesome too!

Yelp
If you are ever in OKC, and need a clean, quiet, room, that's reasonably priced, this is your place. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was cleaned regularly, and fresh towels always on hand. The room had everything we needed, microwave, coffee, hair dryer, iron, mini fridge, wifi. Breakfast provided. There are laundry facilities, vending machines, and restaurants and convenience store nearby. It was close to OU Med Center, which is where we needed to be.This is not the Embassy suites, but reasonably priced. Just what we needed!

Yelp
This hotel is very run down looking and is very dilapidated. It was affordable so we did not go into this expecting the Taj Mahal but we did expect somewhat decent service, and sadly, that is not what was received. We stayed at this hotel on our way to a family get together and barbecue. With us we brought around $50 in steak and about $10 in ground beef for burgers. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel is because it advertised refrigerators and we needed to store our meat. The day of the reservation we had some car troubles with our rental car and ended up leaving Albuquerque fairly late in the day, resulting in us getting in at about 5:30 am OKC time. The nice lady at the night check in desk was very helpful and got us situated with our room no problems. When we got to the room the first thing we did was toss the well over $50 in meat into the the refrigerator and go to sleep as we had been driving for over 10 hours (with the car issues) and it was 5:30 am. Upon waking up the following morning and opening the fridge we were greeted by a funky smell and a nauseating warmth emanating from the fridge. A quick check of the electrical cable revealed that it was not plugged in and my meat had been sitting in a warmer than room temperature fridge for roughly 7 hours. I then called down to the front desk to make a formal complaint about the fact that the fridge was not plugged in upon our arrival (even had we plugged it in, refrigerators often times take around 24 hours to actually get cold) and was told by the gentleman that I had previously spoken to earlier in the morning while getting breakfast that the manager was not in yet and I would have to wait to speak to him. The owner of this hotel is so cheap that they actually make you sign off for the free continental breakfast and strongly discourage taking food back to other room occupants with stern and condescending glares, but I digress. I waited the 2 hours for the manager to arrive before I called down to the front desk again requesting to speak to the manager and was greeted on the phone by a "manager" that simply could not be bothered to actually hear out my issue. I gathered my things and went down to the front desk to have a face to face conversation with the manager about the issue seeing as over the phone he could not have cared less. As soon as I began to speak to the man behind the counter named "Nick Patel" if that is actually his name, cut me off and said that he had spoken to all of the house keeping staff and they are saying that they know for sure the refrigerator was plugged in. I tried to assure Mr. Patel that it was in fact no plugged in and he proceeded to cut me off every time I would try to speak and proceeded to yell at me. I asked him if he was calling me a liar, due to the fact that there would be absolutely no reason for me to unplug the fridge and spoil my own beef, and that had I unplugged the fridge it would have retained some of its chill into the morning hours as it was not opened again. Mr. Patel said "no I am not calling you a liar but that refrigerator was plugged in when you got into your room, are you calling me a liar/" I advised him "yes sir I am" because there was no way the refrigerator was unplugged by me or my traveling companion. After continuing to be berated by Mr. Patel and being told that he did us a favor by allowing us to check in at 5:30 am and shoved the receipt that said no refunds that was signed in my face "I wasn't asking for a refund, just a discount off of the room to help compensate for the lost product. Mr. Patel then informed me that it is the person staying in the room's responsibility to maintain the appliances and make sure they are functioning. I then asked for a corporate number and or his supervisor and he advised me that he is the owner and supreme overlord of this Kafkaesque establishment. I highly advise you stay far far away from this hotel unless you appreciate being abused and being told that you giving them business is them doing you a favor. Please spend your money somewhere else that doesn't look like it was transplanted straight out of the 70's, come to think of it, I should have checked the fridge, It only looks like it was the first generation ice box that no longer needed ice to be loaded into it and was powered by this new fangled El-ek-tri-cicty thingy mabob. Please heed this advised and stay elsewhere. It was a horrible experience and I WILL NEVER RETURN.
