Lincoln Road isn't just a street--it's Miami's catwalk, circus, and living time capsule rolled into one. I've been coming here since the days when Howard Austin Feld had his shop here, when you could still park on the street and the crowd felt more local than curated. Back then, it was quirky galleries, mom-and-pop shops, and artists setting up easels by the fountains. History matters here. Originally designed in the 1910s by Carl Fisher (the same guy who basically invented Miami Beach), it was later reimagined in the 1950s by Morris Lapidus, the legendary architect behind the Fontainebleau. He turned Lincoln Road into a pedestrian mall--a radical idea at the time--that gave Miami Beach its own open-air Broadway. For decades, it was where retirees fed pigeons, musicians played for tips, and snowbirds people-watched under the palms. Today? It's glossier. Trendy flagship stores, outdoor cafés charging $9 for a latte, and enough selfie sticks to arm a small militia. The pigeons have been replaced by pickup artists--guys working the crowd like it's spring break year-round, angling for phone numbers from beautiful women in sundresses. Depending on your vibe, it's either comedy gold or background noise. But here's the truth: Lincoln Road is still Lincoln Road. The fountains still splash, the architecture still hums with mid-century glamour, and the people-watching is world-class. From models strutting past with shopping bags to a family of tourists melting under the Miami sun, this strip remains Miami Beach's beating heart.

Great place to wander! Good assortment of shops, quick bites or lunch spots! Lots around Lincoln mall too! I would give it 5 stars but needs some music or street entertainment! Elevate it a notch.

Miami staples that's pretty known, but it's not the same as it used to be from all of our previous visit. Walking along the area we noticed that loads of place are empty or boarded up. Major stores are gone and either replaced random shops are completely empty. Gone are the days of the vibrant window displays enticing you to come in and spend money. Some of the chain stores are still there so they're doing well. Of course you have all your restaurants along the walkway with people trying to get you to come in and have a cocktail or meal. I'm used to all the major art installations along the boardwalk but it was very limited this time. They did have some pop up for formula 1 which was interesting. It's still a sample when visiting Miami but it has gone downhill from years prior.

I really enjoyed walking around the area as they have great collection of shops and culinary options. Definitely a great vibe and everyone seems very happy. Most of the stores have promotions and they offer good quality products and beautiful designs. We also enjoyed some coffee and some ice cream gelato.

Ambiance - 5 Whether you are local or visiting from out of town, you need to walk Lincoln Rd up or down. It's a great to do some shopping while you explore some of the neighborhood art deco and art that is placed along the paseo. These pieces of art are changed From time to time; so if you are like me who goes there every other month, you will always find new pieces of art. Most recommended, enjoy!

This is a beautiful walking mall with a ton of different stores and restaurants. Even great areas for kids to run and have fun!

A great walking strip mall full of shops and restaurants in South Beach. I love the variety of shops and even art galleries to window shop and shop in! A must go to area if you're in the area. There's also the occasional street performer(s) and street vendors.

I had just finished breakfast and was making my way towards Ocean Drive to explore when I stumbled upon Lincoln Road. Lots of people? An outdoor shopping area? I'm there. I was not pressed for time at all, so I decided to browse a little to see what this place was all about. Lincoln Road Mall is essentially a few blocks of Lincoln Road that houses a large selection of shopping. What makes LRM a great place to explore is the fact that the streets are closed off, which creates a large outdoor shopping area. In addition to the shops, there are restaurants and a number of sculptures on display to add to the aesthetics. I would categorize the shopping as low to mid tier, if you're looking for high end/luxury shopping you won't find it here. While I wouldn't put LRM on top of my list of Miami Beach destinations, it is a good place to do a little shopping, grab a bite, and soak in the artwork. Conveniently nestled near other hot spots, it's definitely worth exploring.

I had some time to kill before checking into my hotel and I had some shopping needs to address so this destination was on my radar as soon as I touched down in Miami. This is a long stretch of stores, most of them the usual suspects found in your everyday malls all over the country, Zara, H&M, Lids, Steve Madden, Forever 21, you get the picture but also some nice boutique shops and eateries. From Collins to Washington there is car traffic but after that the streets are open for pedestrians to walk through or rest at as there are plenty of sculptures to admire and benched areas to sit down on. When I began exploring this area it was around 10:45 am and already buzzing with people shopping. It was very hot as well so I think I made it down to Jefferson Avenue but there was at least another block to go of shopping.

Lincoln Road has long been a popular open-air mall that is a mile long in the heart of South Beach for dining and shopping. It is open in the morning until about 10pm. It is a lot of fun to walk around and window shop or find a place to sit and watch people. Dogs are welcome, and you will see many, all leashed, of course. Some of the restaurants provide a bowl of water for them. You can only sit outdoors and dine with your pet. There is also a Regal movie theater at the mall. I believe there are over 100 shops and restaurants at Lincoln Road. There used to be many more shops, but they closed during the pandemic. Do allow several hours to see it all. There are several parking lots and on street parking.

Honestly I never thought I would be back here again. I had a pleasure visiting this outdoor pedestrian mall in Dec 2015. The mall was created in September 30th, 2015 and this mall has more visitor count than The Miami Design District, Brickell City Centre, and Wynwood Miami Retail District in 2021. [Parking]: Plenty of parking lots and garages. I parked at Lincoln Center (1614 FL-907, Miami Beach, FL 33139) and the rate was $4 per hour. Try City of Miami Beach 17th Street Garage (640 17th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139) or City of Miami Beach Pennsylvania Garage (1661 Pennsylvania Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139) for cheaper parking ($2 per hour). [Shops & atmosphere]: It was simply too hot and humid to shop at an outdoor mall like this In the midst of summer. There were certainly not as many retail shops as my last visit in Dec 2015. There aren't too many exciting retail shops, but Salt & Straw is coming in fall 2023. Apparently there's a food hall hidden behind Marshalls (Meridian Ave & Lincoln Lane) called Lincoln Eatery (723 Lincoln Ln N, Miami Beach, FL 33139) and our party completely missed it because we deviated away from the main Lincoln Road & checked the street right next to it. [Events]: There's the Lincoln Road Farmers Market on every Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM (year-round & rain or shine) and apparently it is one of South Florida's oldest farmers markets. In addition, The Antique & Collectible Market is a seasonal Sunday event and it happens on every other Sunday from mid-October thru mid-May. Other free events (require signing up on the Lincoln Road Mall event calendar page) include community yoga on Lincoln Road on Sunday morning (10 AM to 11 AM) and Beat The Gym Bootcamp on Saturday (9 AM to 10 AM). Do come here on Sunday for the farmers market and also visit Lincoln Eatery. Do NOT come here on sunny afternoon or expect fancy high-end shops here (you'll want to visit Miami Design District [an 18-block neighborhood famous for its ultra high-end shops that rival Beverly Hills] instead).

Came here to see the new art work from Marco during art Basel week. It's always nice to walk down Lincoln road mall for some shopping and then at some yummy food. There is definitely a lot of people so be careful and wear sneakers or comfty shoes for long distance walks.

I had the carnitas tacos & think it was a Peruvian place & it was delicious! Though a little bit expensive !

It was a little sad to see so many stores and restaurants closed. Most restaurants left are tourist traps, they've always been on Lincoln Rd and us locals stay clear of them. I was shocked to see the block right by Alton Rd pretty much empty of anything but a mattress store and a couple of other stores. Are they charging that much that everyone has moved out or to the side streets? There's lots of new stores and restaurants on the side streets. Even the Sunday farmers market was smaller than I remember. It's still a nice place to walk.

Lincoln Road Mall remains a Miami Beach gem. While it's gone through changes with some businesses closing and others opening - it's always a great spot to be. You have plenty of food options, two food halls, bars, a movie theater, and plenty of shops. From Macy's to local shops, there's plenty to window shop or buy. During the weekends you can visit the farmer's market and during the market season - you swing by on Sundays for the vintage market (October - May) for unique finds.

5 star ambience....the original glamorous strip of the 1930s to 1950s, has Ben reborn and updated for the 21st Century Think of the cast of the movie The Women going to Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa and you get the rough idea of the place. The cool Deco through 1950s touches are still there in the buildings, public art and even the stores. Interestingly some of the store chains that are still around have reclaimed their old addresses. It's also fun to try to spot the brass nameplates for the old stores. Nowadays some of the best shopping and dining in Miami Beach can be found along here.

I enjoyed hanging out with my niece on Lincoln Road last weekend. We were able to check out the new location for salt & straw and Zara. It was really good to walk around and taken the different stores and restaurants. I will definitely visit again soon.

My first visit to Lincoln Road Mall was in the early 1970s. I came as a visitor to the area with my family and we stayed close by, so we would come for shopping and walking. Back then the area was not as fancy as it is today, it was a collection of many mom and pop stores with some chains like the old Woolworths. I remember buying some shirts and shorts back then at the Munsingwear store (the original penguin). Today, Lincoln Road is a pedestrians-only boulevard in the very heart of the trendy and expensive South Beach area and it is one of the most popular places to visit in the area. Lined with shops and restaurants in historic Art Deco buildings and shaded by tall trees and fountains, Lincoln Road Mall has some of the best people-watching in Miami. Every restaurant has outdoor seating, and there are street performers and a farmers' market that showcases the local community, farms, and purveyors. Visitors come from all around the world, so grab a some food at a patio outdoor table and people watch....for hours...you will enjoy every minute of it.

This is a very decent outdoors mall. Food...check Clothing stores....check Art stores...check Shoe stores...check Vendors with fruit,donuts,cerviche,smoothies and more...check There is so much they have going on here. I believe it was a 8 block mall that has from Zara to and art store. There are several sit down restaurants that are tied in as well. I loved looking at the different architecture that was around. If you are in the middle area where the most trees are, there are several birds. So if you don't only want to people watch...you can bird watch as well. I did realize there were quite a few vacant store fronts which I am assuming is because of covid. The closest thing is you can keep following the pathway to get to the beach after all that shopping..or window shopping! All in all it's a great outdoor mall to visit and drop some cash if you desire to!

Miami Beach and the area that is now Lincoln Road was once a mangrove forest. In 1912, Miami Beach developer started clearing the mangroves and created the town social center from the Atlantic to Biscayne Bay. In 1914 construction was started on Lincoln Road, the main street in Miami Beach. It was named after Abraham Lincoln and it was where Fisher had his real estate office. In the 1940's retailers like Bonwit Teller, Saks Fifth Avenue, Harry Winston Jewelers, Cadillac and Packard car dealerships had moved in. Lincoln Road Mall was called "Luxury Lane" and it was the shopping destination of the well to do. It was the place to scoop the newest fashion trends and it was promoted as the "Fifth Avenue of the South." By the 1950's the road was suffering from competition and traffic back ups. Architect Morris Lapidus, who designed Miami Beach's Fountainebleau and Eden Roc hotels was hired to redesign Lincoln Road. He designed Lincoln Road in the MiMo (midcentury modern) design he had pioneered. He closed the mall to traffic making it one of the first pedestrian malls in the nation. Of the controversial decision to close the road, Lapidus said , "I designed Lincoln Road for people- a car never bought anything." Lapidus then added gardens, fountains, shelters, and an amphitheater. A reborn Lincoln Mall had its grand opening on November 28, 1960. In the mid 1980's Lincoln Road Mall had become a vacant trip. Artists started moving in to the area putting their own stamp on the historic mall. In 2006, the Miami Beach Preservation Board approved extending the pedestrian mall west to Alton Road. On May 6, 2011 it was added to the National Register of Historic Places as Lincoln Road Mall. Today Lincoln Road is an 8-block stretch pedestrian walkway, filled with shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes all the art deco and Mediterranean architectural styles. There is a multiplex cinema, parking garage, the newly restored Colony Theatre, New World Center concert hall, the offices of Viacom Latin America, along with 200 boutiques, local merchants, national retail stores, restaurants, and bars. It is one of the popular tourist destinations in South Beach. I like to come here to check out the architecture and people watch. The median of the mall is always filled with interesting local vendors and performers. On this trip I spotted the very cool Salty Donut pop up. Lincoln Mall is an iconic South Beach destination. Come out and play tourist for a day.

Every time I visit..i seem to find myself at Lincoln Road Mall for multiple reasons.. Shopping: I've forgotten to pack running shoes, jackets, hats, etc and Lincoln Road Mall always has me covered. The retail store selection is extensive in this outdoor mall. Major retail and boutique stores are lined up and down. The H&M and Lululemon are slightly bigger than your typical locations. Restaurants: There's multiple restaurant and bar options throughout the mall. You'll come across many restaurants with outdoor dining setup. It's easy to get a quick bite and some drinks if you need a break from the shopping. People Watching: Sometimes we'd just stroll through as Lincoln Road Mall is diverse with locals and tourists from around the world. You can run into some interesting live street performances throughout the mall. The vibe is energetic as this mall seems to pretty crowded. It's especially crowded in the evening as the diners are out at the restaurants. Centrally located in South Beach, the Lincoln Road Mall has something for everyone. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit even just to check out casually. Enjoy!

I was looking through a list of top things to do in Miami Beach and Lincoln Road Mall popped up. It was referred to as the "Fifth Avenue of South Beach" which, as a native New Yorker, is a pretty bold claim. And while it was a nice spot to walk around, it unfortunately did not measure up whatsoever. There were a lot of establishments in the area which is pretty cool, though quite a few storefronts were either closed or out of business. Some of the buildings (like the Miami Beach Community Church) were architecturally interesting, but the vast majority of the area was generic and unremarkable. Shopping options were Ok, though it was mostly fashion related items with women being the target market. As for food and drinks, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and dessert shops to choose from. We had an OK meal at Havana 1957. But it wasn't something I'd drive out of my way for. There were also people selling fresh fruit and ceviche at pop up stands. I also do want to mention that while the area felt pretty safe, there were some overtones that would make me wonder whether this place is OK at night. We observed quite a few people who looked like they were on something or were soliciting money from passersby. I also saw a guy who was pretty zonked and laying down with his hands and head in the fountain. During the day, it's probably fine, but in the evening who knows. Lincoln Road Mall is a nice sizable pedestrian mall to walk around in and our time there was very pleasant. But overall it didn't register as some awesome must see Miami Beach destination. Three stars. Decent but nothing more than an average spot.

This place is a shadow of what it used to be. Quite dead, businesses shuttered, hardly anything decent seems to be open anymore. Rents are out of control from landlords, and small businesses can't make it with hardly any foot traffic. Segafredo which I love is still open, and Apple is open later nowadays than most businesses :(

I have always liked Lincoln road and it is good spot to bring visutors. You can park at the very top of the road in a very cool car park. If you do choose this carpark drive to the very top - from here you will have a great vista view from the top of the whole of the strip and south beach. They have lots of good restaurants dotted all along the road, most with outdoor seating. The shopping pedestrian zone is about a mile long and leads right to the ocean. A ladies dream day - go shopping, do lunch, then beach! It is rather touristy but who cares? It is pedestrian friendly too, and you can take your time. During the pandemic recently a lot of places have shut, however for me it means you take in n appreciate the architecture more.

I really enjoyed this out side mall. People are everywhere. Really fun place to visit and shop.

This was a disappointing experience. There are tons of vacant storefronts. The retail open is rather "standard". You can find it in any city across the U.S. There were a lot of vagrants hanging out watching the locals and tourists stroll along. There was no security or police presence. Lincoln Road Mall has seen better days.

This mall is a nice break from the indoor malls. It was a nice evening and thankfully the humidity was down which made it much more enjoyable. We ate at Havana 1957 and enjoyed our food.

One of my favorite places to shop in Miami. There are tons of stores that have a wide variety of products. Many of the store are affordable and many are owned by small business owners. We found amazing choices and it was great to be outdoors in nice weather.

I may just be old...but walking down Lincoln Road this week brought tears to my eyes. It was like going to an old playground in a city that has fallen apart. Much has been written of Miami's growth in the last decade...it has been impressive. Lincoln Road however felt like a shadow of what it used to be. The stores and restaurants are largely commercial/national chains or with "For Lease" signs in the window. The entire section of the Mall west of Lennox Ave to Alton is empty. I miss the great places there like Serendipity 2 and Sushi Dorakku. What was once a thriving club called Santo is simply just a pair of automatic doors with nothing inside. The art deco buildings still remain, but the glory days of 2005 - 2019 are no more as it now is a decaying tourist trap as locals have given way to a new renaissance on the Mainland in Brickell, Wynwood and Coconut Grove.

Who doesn't love Lincoln Road? The endless shops, restaurants, people watching, and places to chill make it a MUST to visit frequently. Most of the time I just walk here and go up/down the whole block just to relax a little or to go to my broker's office. It's never a bad idea to catch a movie at the movie theater either at any time of the day or night. I included pictures with this review that I took on one of my nightly walks here. There are a ton of restaurants to choose from with virtually any type of food you might be in the mood for so take your pick. There's also dessert places for ice cream and candy if you happen to have a sweet tooth. There's bars like Meat Market or Finnegan's if you want to grab a drink or watch sports. It's a great place to take a date for either hookah and or drinks since there's three hookah lounges on the strip which are my favorite places to hang outside watching people go by. The many clothing and retail shops are also an option. I highly recommend checking it out and promise you that you won't be disappointed.

I love this little spot! Being a Miami girl, born n raised, I cannot believe it took me until today to go!! It was soo much fun. I felt like a tourist in my hometown. Definitely great for tourists. I'm not a huge spender and maybe I'm biased because I was in need of a great time but I think it's an amazing spot to go and just air out. I got to see so many new and cool things, take awesome pics, eat some of the BEST gelato, and do so much more. They have all the classic stores like macys, forever 21, etc and lots of Miami culture. It was so much fun!! Definitely something to put on your bucketlist when in Miami BEACH! Hahaha.

Iconic and beautiful pedestrian friendly mall. They have shops, food (many out door options), street performers and more. I find the area itself a little over priced and as a local prefer to stroll down this road more than anything else. There are a few boutique shops that might lure some as well as some chain brand variety's. Lots of eaters pull people in and a few higher end niche restaurants and shops. Nearby are more local friendly options like Lincoln rd eatery and food hall. Dropped a star because there are a lot of vacancies and turnover in this mall. Rent must be expensive. Very affordable parking garages nearby.

Sad to see so many business closed. I recall our last visit a few years ago pre-Covid when it was just full and lively with tons of people and full of shops. Sadly, not unlike lots of others cities, some previous shopping hubs have seen better days

Outdoor cafés, chain stores & expensive cafes with meh food & expensive watery drinks. All the usual chains Macys, Madewell, Dylan's, Starbucks, Koehler ...Brutally hot in the summer but great for people watching in season. Beautiful & expensive art galleries.

I've been coming here since I've been a kid. A lot of great memories were made in this outside shopping mall. Because of the location, being in south beach and surrounded by the local homes south of 15th st, you have both locals and tourists coming to Lincoln Road either to shop or get some food. Lincoln Road mall has everything an indoor mall has; such as a movie theater, delicious restaurants (serving a diversity of different cuisine-Cuban, Japanese, Italian), and big brand shops (H&M, Zara, AX, GAP, etc). In addition while walking around especially at night there are street performers, providing entertainment to all visitors. Since I've been a kid Lincoln road has changed a lot and now that Covid hit a lot of the shops I used to visit are now gone, so I'm sure new shops will be popping up real soon.

Had been to miami a few times before and for some reason I missed this place. You can find almost any store you want. If its not raining you can also walk both ends of the mall a few times, get in some people watching, eat some healthy food , get coffee and get your exercize in at the same time.

Beautiful on a sunny day with the temperature hovering at around 85 degrees. We managed to find some parking at a meter at the street and put two hours on it. And then we walked the mall. From one end to the other. Lots of food, lots of shops, lots of people. It's really quite nice what they've done here and if the weather's nice, definitely come down and enjoy. Horribly rude. We wanted to get a beer from the cooler. Asked the lazy clerk if she works here. Her reply "no, this uniform is a costume". We asked if she could please open the cooler. She said when I have time. We put everything back and left

Lincoln Road Mall has gone through so many changes over the years with the way retail has taken hits from changes in the way people shop to dealing with the pandemic. And of course due the pandemic, a lot of shops here have closed and either have had delayed opening dates or are just closed permanently. It is definitely not how it was 10, 5 or even 2 years ago. However Lincoln Road is still cool if you want to take a stroll with a group of friends or your partner and not have to worry to much about vehicular traffic. There are still some eateries around if you want to grab lunch or dinner but definitely not as much as there used to be. Hopefully as reopening's continue and the economy improves, that Lincoln Road revitalizes but for now it seems to be a shell of how lively and enjoyable as it used to be.

In the five days that we were literally stuck in Miami due to a change in vacation plans, the Lincoln Road Mall seemed like it'd be a fun place to experience more than once with the copious amount of shops and restaurant icons that popped up on Google maps. BRIEF HISTORY: In 1912, mangroves were cleared and the area quickly became a popular town square that housed car dealerships and high-end department stores. The mall spans about four city blocks, bordered by Alton Road to the west and Washington Avenue to the east. Vehicular access was curbed in the 1950's and is still 100% pedestrian-friendly today. EXPERIENCE: We started at the east end, worked our way west, mainly in search of lunch. Parts of the mall reminded me (faintly) of the piazzas of Italy with its numerous cafes and eateries but minus the charm. Despite the plethora of restaurants, none of them enticed us as the majority of menus served Italian-fare which we weren't in the mood for. Other attractions were local and national stores, a few luxury boutiques, and a multi-plex movie theater. The vibe during the day was low-key and not very vibrant. OVERALL: A fairly nice collection of businesses. A single walk through was good enough for us.

If you can't afford to fix the customer bathrooms, don't run a high end clothing store. The sales person actually directed to Starbucks. Think about that.

This is my go to when I have nothing do to but want to enjoy the day. Miami Beach always has nice weather and what's better than an outdoor mall? I love it here because it has a variety of stores along with restaurants along with a movie theater and an Apple store! You can shop at favorite stores like Express, Victoria Secret, Nike, Gap, Crocs and a newbie that's been very anticipated, Sephora! Finally we have a Sephora in Lincoln road. feeling parched? have a drink at Segrafredos. Hungry? have lunch at Nexxt Cafe or Havana 1957. Want a quick bite instead? Shake shack is there too, my favorite burger joint or grab a slice of pizza to go from Pizza Rustica. Need a pick me up? have some coffee from the 2 Starbucks (3rd one coming soon) or sit and enjoy your coffee at the Nestle bar. I mean the possibilities here are endless. There's plenty to do, buy, eat and every so often you'll find a farmers market or some kind of event going on so it's always fun visiting Lincoln Road. One of Miami Beach's staple.

No trip to Miami Beach is complete without a visit to the Lincoln in Road mall you'll find high-end shops, local shops, surf shops, and pretty much anything to suit your fancy. Plus the people watching is epic. Highly recommend you can always find a really good bite to eat.

You can sip cocktails over a tasty dining experience after a day of strolling around the galleries and shops lining the walkway, or just take a snack after a day at the beach which is a few minutes walk. People walk their dogs, some jog and do yoga on weekends as well. These one-of-a-kind boutiques, art galleries and trendy shops make Lincoln Road a retail adventure. Best of all, stores and cafes stay open late pre-covid. Sundays at Lincoln Road is converted to a Lincoln Road Farmer's Market Sunday as vendors of fresh fruits, vegetables, clothes, ceviches, fruit shakes, flowers, plants, jam and jellies. antiques, souvenir items, artisan baked goods and a lot more! There's a Bank of America and a TD Bank as well for your banking needs.

So I made the trip to Miami, and I brought almost everything I needed. I was lacking one item to my outfit, so I came here to buy it. Unfortunately, most stores were closed when I got here, and it wasn't too late at night either. I made the most of it and just walked a bit to get to know the place. I was able to get some pretty good coffee at Nespresso, and that experience is in another review. This mall is pretty nice, it reminds me a lot of Santa Monica's Third Street Promenade. It has a good number of restaurants with outside seating. Patrons were out enjoying the nice Florida weather. The place looked very clean and safe, and the workers here were friendly. This would be a good place to visit during the day, just don't wait too late at night to do your shopping. Not necessarily my fault, as I got into town pretty late. And not necessarily theirs either. I'd recommend this place.

I just walked through after leaving the art district art Deco district. Another thing surrounding, I've never been the type person. The one to go to any malls when I'm traveling. It's just a tourist trap to me. I can shop online and get things from anywhere and most of the stores are where I live anyway so I never go to any malls when traveling. Sorry but it's an outdoor mall

"Whatever hype is for this road, is not that worth... Its "typical big city fashion street""- I thought it's in Miami and it wud be happening like anything bt no. Truly saying, I was disappointed. As I had something else in my mind Never mind. Street is not even that bad ;) You can find good restaurants It's like shops are at both sides and in middle, restaurants have their tables. Big brands are there, I was looking for some historic significance bt could not find any. You want to also check out "Espanol way street "nearby it. That is small street full of pub and small cafe The visit is worth over there.
