Lind and Lime Gin Distillery

Thank you to Erin , our guide, and Lind and Lime for a delightful introduction to the world of gin distillery. Friendly and informative. Good length and more importantly you get to taste and bottle the goods for yourselves. It’s a small operator, but the heart is there and it felt like the team enjoyed what they do. To be honest I was there for the design of the bottle alone (it just appeals to my design sense okay). And the ability to bottle your own little sampler topped off a great experience.

Great tour today and Lind and Lime gin distillery. Finally learned how gin is made. Erin was a terrgic and Enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. Gin was great. Botanicals were tasty.

Great experience, starting the tour off with a double gin & tonic is a nice touch! Annabelle was a fantastic tour guide, really funny and kept everyone engaged.

We did the distillery tour with Asha, who was awesome! A lovely little space and tour with some fantastic gin — highly recommend if you like gin!

We loved this tour! The gin is really good. We made our own cocktails, bottled our own travel size gin to take home, and bottled our own travel size gimlet to take with. Tour guide was awesome.

As an Edinburgh local and professional tour guide I usually go into things like this with a sceptical, overly critical eye which is why I don't review many attractions in the city but this distillery tour and tasting far exceeded my expectations. Light hearted and fun, generous with the tasting, this was everything you want a boozy experience to be. Special shout out to Erin for keeping us all engaged and answering all our questions. Strong recommend.

Had a FANTASTIC tour!!! From start to finish it was one of the best tours we’ve had. Gerry was very informative and friendly. Small area, but lots of information and very interactive. The gin is also delicious!! Really enjoyed the tour aspect and information and then the cocktail making and bottling your own gin was such a nice touch! Seems like everyone at the company really is passionate about the values and motives which is amazing to see. Would absolutely recommend for anyone in Edinburgh.
