The fish soup was delicious and doesn’t smell fishy, the reindeer burger was yummy and you can’t tell it’s a deer meat sweet and juicy. Beef burger is also good as well. We would love to come back and try other dishes.

Hidden little gem of a place and well worth going out of your way for the experience. I had the reindeer burger which was cooked to perfection and very juicy. My wife had a fish duo special and she all but licked her plate clean! The chocolate cake dessert was served warm and very decadent with a rich flavor. The chocolate mousse was good but I think you would be better served with another option. The berry mixture used in the mousse didn’t do the dish any favors.

Fish soup and reindeer burger were great however when we came to the restaurant , my family and I were greeted with impolite behaviour from the owner. I can see the passion on how the owner wants to present his food and quality. But to come back for the service again. No way!

Absolutely fantastic Restaurant - probably the best fish we had in Iceland, also great fish soup, homemade desserts and delicious macciato! They also have burgers, they looked fabulous but we didn't try them. They do everything the old fashioned way and very honestly. Definitely worth the money!!!! Very friendly staff from PL, thank you very much.

One of our three favorite restaurants in Iceland and our clear number one for atmosphere and location! Arctic char was excellent and risotto was prepared perfectly. Reindeer burger was huge and juicy with lots of toppings and delicious. A definite must try!!

The owner was very engaging and funny. They were quite busy but managed to be attentive. The prices were reasonable. The views were amazing. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and had a great night.

I love places with a small menu—it usually means they specialize in what they do best. This place absolutely proved that! Our group ordered nearly everything on the menu, and every single dish was delicious.
