"This secluded, boutique hotel, less than 3 km from the picturesque village of Lindos, enjoys a unique hillside setting with first class panoramic views. Free loungers and umbrellas are offered at the beach. A series of lifts, including a cable car, link the complex with the sandy beach. Recent renovations have been made to all areas of Lindos Mare. Together with impeccable service and excellent cuisine, they have created an atmosphere of discrete luxury in which you can enjoy a leisurely holiday. All rooms have been fully-refurbished with large verandas and picturesque views, decorated in warm colours and equipped with modern facilities. We spent another wonderful week at Lindos Mare (September 27th–October 4th), and everything was perfect once again. The warm welcome, friendly staff, delicious food, and breathtaking views made our stay unforgettable. It was lovely to see familiar faces from last year — everyone makes you feel so genuinely cared for. Our room was spotless with an amazing sea view, and the peaceful atmosphere was just what we needed. Lindos Mare truly is a little piece of paradise, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you to the whole team for your outstanding hospitality!

We enjoyed five nights here and all the great reviews are true it’s a wonderful place to stay. |We booked a junior suite which was nice and big and had everything you need in a room and balcony with sea view. Excellent coffee machine in the room better coffee than the restaurant at breakfast. |The rooms are very spread out on lots of levels. |The two pools are lovely but we preferred to use the beach which is right by the hotel. |Breakfast had a lovely choice and always kept stocked. Fried eggs at breakfast overcooked on the bottom you can order poached. |We booked bed and breakfast so we had flexibility, but booking dinner sometimes a bit challenging. |The buffet one easy the other two that are good not offered many times and could then see empty seats. The beach side one closed one night and we went to the next hotel along as did many other hotel guests. ( it’s ok not as good ) |The evening buffet was very nice we are just not fans of buffet dinner.|The bar service was very good and friendly , great cocktails .|Very good gym with good selection of equipment also enjoyed the yoga class. |The hotel has nice grounds and pools and seaside location but not really anywhere as such to walk outside of it in the evening . ||We would return the service is very very good . Thank you

This was our 3rd visit in the last 4 years to the Lindos Mare and we have already booked for next year! It's really very special. The hotel is spotless, the staff are wonderful and the food is amazing. It's a stone's throw to the beach which is lovely and there are lots of sunbeds on the beach, together with umbrellas, especially for use for those staying in the hotel. We feel so relaxed after a stay at this hotel and never want to come home! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here; they are so warm and welcoming. We can't wait to revisit next year.

Lindos Mare Seaside Hotel was an amazing holiday! My boyfriend and I went from August 29th to September 5th and had a great stay. The room was lovely, it is spacious and simple, with everything you need to relax in. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The pools are beautiful and even if all of the sun loungers are full, it never feels busy which we really liked (plus they are well spaced apart and comfy which improves the experience). The food was great, including the buffet breakfast, dinner, and the other restaurants. The location is great as a short taxi ride can get you into Lindos town.

This hotel boasts the most stunning views from its prime position, perched atop a hill. It is built into the cliff and covers many levels. The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble, and that makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. The pool area is large and well-maintained. The beach can be reached by using four lifts to get to the bottom of the cliff/hill. The water is shallow and calm. There are lots of stairs and lots of lifts, so it wouldn't be advisable for anyone with mobility issues. The rooms are large and clean but lack places to put your belongings.

We have recently returned from a 7 night stay at this wonderful hotel. We were celebrating a birthday and wedding anniversary whilst on holiday and the hotel presented us with a bottle of sparkling wine and a cake, great touch and very much appreciated. The hotel is built into the side of an incline and the rooms are all set at different levels accessible by stairs and/or a funicular that is great fun. There are 3 restaurants and we ate at all 3 during our stay and can honestly say the food was plentiful and very tasty in all 3. The hotel itself was clean and spacious as well as having a good sized main pool, with plenty sunbeds, and a smaller one at a lower level. The hotel also has it's own private beach which we spent a couple of day at, again, enjoyable with plenty of sunbeds/brollies. Our room had a good size balcony with a view out to sea and across the bay, the room was spacious with plenty storage. ||Although there is the option to take the stairs to the different levels, there are plenty of lifts for those less able.||The journey into Lindos is easy by bus. 2 euro each way, with a stop just at the top of the drive, or on an evening its 10 euro each way by taxi. We also ventured into Rhodes old town by bus which cost 20 euro return.| |Although all the staff were friendly, always smiling and helpful I would jus like to mention a few in particular (and apologies if I have misspelt) Baxi? the concierge, he gave us a tour around on our first day, he always spoke and had a smile on his face whenever we met him. Chrisa, who worked on reception, always helpful, Tiana and Valaria (sisters) and Robert who worked in the restaurant and Jurgenen? who worked in the Melia restaurant. They all represented the hotel in such a professional manner. Overall a really nice hotel, we had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

A fantastic holiday, wonderful, friendly and attentive staff. We could not have been made more welcome by Efi on arrival and then looked out for us throughout the week. A special mention to Brix, the concierge. He went above and beyond to help and and answer any questions. We enjoyed talking to him.|The cleaning staff were brilliant, so friendly and professional. We have enjoyed the hotel and facilities immensely, a return visit after 22 years and it did not disappoint. Many wonderful new memories have been made. |The restaurant staff and reception staff are also fantastic, true professionals, with the friendly genuine charm that sets apart a good holiday to a fantastic one. A special mention to Robert, whose friendly manner and smiles, made our mealtimes extra special.|The spa staff gave us amazing treatments, as we treated ourselves for a wedding anniversary and it was wonderful experience.|We are definitely going to be returning and soon! Thank you, its been wonderful.

Our third trip here in 25 years.||Whilst a lovely little hotel and on the whole staff and facilities are great.||Some mis communication on this trip between staff from bars and those on reception resulted in additional charges during our stay we were not made aware of.||You can swap your evening meal for lunch we were told on check in, if we want to go out in the evening.||The beach bar we had lunch at twice said this was correct, to a maximum of 19 euro each. However on reception when checking out, we were told as we hadn’t confirmed this on a day by day basis with them in exchange for a voucher we would have to pay for these meals in addition.||To his credit the young receptionist did attempt to have these removed however the angry looking female receptionist was very vocal about how this was our fault and we had to pay.||The hotel is half board, we ate in the hotel only on 2 occasions in the evening, the remainder in Lindos Village. When we did eat in the hotel restaurant the food was reasonable but cold. We found this common feedback amongst guests.||These are the only 2 issues we had during our stay, I guess there are plenty of hotels to choose from next time. A little of the Lindos Mare charm has been lost for me now.
