I thoroughly enjoyed the museum experience. The tour was informative, providing a great overview of the history of how chocolate came to be the popular treat that we now enjoy, as well as the background on how chocolate has been processed over the years. The samples were extraordinary. I appreciated the opportunity to see and purchase new Lindt varieties that have not yet been exported to my home country. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys chocolate!

We tried to book our tickets to Lindt Chocolate Factory a week before our visit, but unfortunately, it was already fully booked. While searching for options, I found a city tour that included a stop at the factory for around ₱5,000. Since I was eager to go, we took it — but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t have much time in Zurich. The tour was 5.5 hours long, and on a rainy day, it felt like a bit of a waste of time for everything outside the factory. Now, for the highlight — the chocolate factory itself! As a chocolate lover, I was in heaven. The guided tour comes with a small speaker, but you can freely explore at your own pace. There are lots of interesting displays about chocolate-making and even small interactive activities. My favorite part? The warm chocolate dispensers with white, milk, and dark chocolate — you can mix and match, and it’s dangerously delicious. I probably consumed my year’s sugar limit in one visit! There are also chocolate bar dispensers with different flavors, all equally tasty. And the cherry on top — you get to take home one of each flavor of Lindt chocolate balls. A sweet experience!

The Lindt Home of Chocolate is a must-visit for any chocolate lover. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by the massive 9-meter-tall chocolate fountain—an absolute showstopper and the perfect photo spot. The museum is sleek, modern, and very interactive. You learn about the journey of the cocoa bean, the history of chocolate, and how Lindt crafts its signature smoothness, all through engaging displays and multimedia. One of the best parts is the tasting room, where you can enjoy unlimited samples from flowing chocolate fountains—milk, dark, and white. It's a sweet lover’s paradise! The final stop is the enormous Lindt shop, which sells exclusive chocolates and beautiful gifts you won’t find anywhere else. Tip: Book your tickets in advance! It gets busy, especially on weekends and holidays, and walk-ins aren't always guaranteed. Whether you're visiting Zurich or live nearby, this place is a fun, delicious, and educational stop that’s worth every franc.

If you're staying in Zurich’s Old Town, be prepared for a bit of a drive to get to the Lindt Home of Chocolate—it's not exactly around the corner. That said, it’s definitely worth the trip if you're a chocolate lover or interested in learning more about one of Switzerland’s most iconic brands. If you're staying at a hotel, it’s worth asking the front desk if they sell tickets. Some hotels do, and they might offer slight flexibility in pricing or booking times, which could come in handy given how busy this place can get. Plan to spend about an hour there. The experience is very informative, especially the sections covering the history of chocolate and Lindt itself. You don’t receive headphones for the tour, but rather a handheld audio device that you hold to your ear—it works well enough, though it might feel a little old-school. There’s a small tasting included during the tour, which is a nice touch, but don’t expect a full-on chocolate buffet. That said, the massive chocolate shop at the entrance more than makes up for it, offering an incredible selection of Lindt products (perfect for souvenirs or personal stockpiling). When I visited during the week, it was quite crowded—so I can only imagine how packed it must be on weekends. Try to go early or on a less busy day if possible. Overall, It is a sweet and educational stop, especially if you plan ahead. Just don’t expect a peaceful or private experience. it’s a popular destination for a reason.

Lindt Home of Chocolate in Zurich is a great place to visit if you love chocolate and want to explore its history. Personally, I found it even better than their Cologne location. There are many activities for visitors to enjoy, plus plenty of free chocolate tasting 😁. It’s best to buy tickets online in advance, ideally a month before for a smooth experience. If you’re in Zurich, this is definitely a must-visit. The only downside is the chocolate prices, which are quite high, even compared to their Cologne branch. It would be much better if the prices were at least aligned with Cologne.

Really fun, we had a great time! It’s a pretty well done museum with a variety of displays, however we were mostly there for the chocolate and it did not disappoint. In and out of the museum with a lot of tasting and chocolate for a while in less than 20 minutes and had a great time. I recommend buying tickets in advance and trying to be there as soon as it opens or your booking time is.

We did the self guided tour and really enjoyed ourselves. Learned a lot about the production of chocolate and how it came about in Switzerland. There were a lot of samples given during the tour. The store is amazing and has a wide variety of chocolate items to purchase. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable. The cafe had great sandwhiches and we really enjoyed the ice cream waffle it was delicious.

Our visit to the Lindt Home of Chocolate was absolutely delightful. We initially had one ticket short but the kind lady at the counter graciously issued us an extra one, even though they were sold out , what a lovely gesture. Inside, you can sample one of every flavour (no bags allowed) and indulge at the flowing chocolate fountains, dipping your spoon into unlimited silky Lindt chocolate. Beautifully designed, fun, and delicious, an unmissable paradise for chocolate lovers.
