** Complete Operational Failure and Zero Accountability **
We visited on Tuesday 13/01 and placed our order at approximately 8:24pm. We were advised steaks were unavailable as the kitchen was closing — fine. We ordered chicken schnitzel, Korean fried burger, and beef lasagne. Our order was taken by Lia.
After waiting nearly 50 minutes with zero updates, we approached the bar. The first staff member (black top) had no idea about our order. Lia then checked the kitchen and returned only with refund receipts, stating the kitchen never received the order and the chefs had already left.
So an order was taken, customers waited almost an hour, and no one noticed until we chased it. There was no genuine apology, no accountability, and no professionalism. Lia brushed it off as “all cool” and even asked “What’s that?” when compensation was requested for leaving three customers hungry at 9:30pm. Her excuse was that she was on break — completely unacceptable.
We left hungry with no food options available that late.
Management should review CCTV footage between 8:24pm–9:30pm at Table 01. It will clearly show the lack of ownership, communication breakdown, and poor service standards.
This wasn’t a minor mistake — it was a serious operational and leadership failure. A refund alone does not excuse this level of incompetence.
If this is how late service is handled, customers deserve to know before wasting their evening here.
