Linnett Hill

We've been to Linnet Hill on many occasions over the years and always loved Mandy and Andy as the perfect hosts.|I hesitate to recommend them only because |it'll make it harder for us to book last minute next time.|Breakfasts are made with high quality ingredients. ( I can tell the difference).|You are made to feel like old friends even on your first visit. |Parking in Keswick can be difficult but they have nice big car park just for guests.

I've honestly lost count of the number of times we've stayed at Linnett Hill over the past 12 years. Our latest 3 night stay coincided with amazing early-autumn weather, which was a real bonus. Andy and Mandy's friendly hospitality, and little additional touches, set this guesthouse apart from any other we have ever stayed at. Fabulous once again, thank you both!

Probably one of the best places to stay in Keswick. Fabulous, spotlessly clean B&B with parking and lots of little extras. Mandy and Andy were great hosts and couldn't do enough for us. They catered for my friend who's vegan and offered plant based alternatives. They couldn't do enough for us and the breakfast is fabulous I can't wait to go back.

Linnet hill is super special. Right in the heart of Keswick. Six star hospitality and beautifully appointed rooms make linnet hill a must. We’ve been staying for years and that kind of sums it up. They also have a gorgeous apartment round the corner which is stunning. I’d recommend both in a heartbeat. Can’t wait for next visit!

Superb friendly hosts. Parking which is so rare. The very best breakfast. Guest downstairs room with a real fire. Boots and drying area. Guest fridge. Maps available. We stayed in room 9 a quirky loft converted room. Superb beds, shower takes a while to pull hot water but not an issue. Little snacks crisps all provided. Breakfast choice is the best and served efficiently with a friendly chat. We will be neck. The biggest issue is now people will keep reading the reviews and book also (needs to be a secret) 🤣🤣 Andy and Mandy superb as always.

The title of this review really says all that needs to be said. Hosts Andy and Mandy continue to offer the high standards of hospitality they always have. If you are looking for an excellent breakfast, comfortable bed in an immaculate room, and all sorts of delightful extra touches, the Linnett Hill is for you. A delightful stay is assured.

We had yet another excellent stay with Andy & Mandy, perfect hosts in every way from Mandy's wonderful warm greeting on arrival and nothing ever too much trouble and Andy's brilliant breakfasts, great comfy clean rooms as always full of extra little goodies. Thanks Steve & Wendy
