Even though I was aware of bad reviews about l’intervalle customer service, I made my purchase online. I got my parcel in a few days after I ordered. The shoes (leeds and Cadman) were both 38 , the size that I usually wear with other shoemakers. However, they were too big for me and I asked to exchange them for 37. The cadmans were sold out and they made a refund very quickly. I send Leeds back and received the right size in couple of days. I’m very happy with my purchase and I hope these boots are gonna be comfortable.
As for bad reviews I’ve seen on google maps, i think if there was an issue with their customer service, l’intervalle did everything to improve themselves. So don’t be scared to order from them!
P.S. I wish there was an easy way to send items back like a prepaid form for Canada post or simply drop off location in one of your stores. That would definitely make shopping and exchange experience faster and easier instead of email conversion.
