****URGENT***BUYER BEWARE***GARBAGE**** If I could give a worse review on a COMPANY I would, not only do they sell FAR BELOW standard of any type of quality ( GARBAGE DISPOSABLE FASHION ) they have horrible customer service. I will be looking into what Civil Liability that this company must hold in regards to what laws pertain to the fabrication of shoes. It is abnormal for a pair of shoes to not only rip apart at the seems, but disintegrate as quickly as they do. This is NOT the first problem with this company and its products we have had, we had thought those other cases were merely anomalies. Head office is a JOKE and beyond irrelevant when it comes to the capability of actual being able to help in any which way. Bravo your an embarrassment to Montreal and Quebec. You should be ashamed.

Even though I was aware of bad reviews about l’intervalle customer service, I made my purchase online. I got my parcel in a few days after I ordered. The shoes (leeds and Cadman) were both 38 , the size that I usually wear with other shoemakers. However, they were too big for me and I asked to exchange them for 37. The cadmans were sold out and they made a refund very quickly. I send Leeds back and received the right size in couple of days. I’m very happy with my purchase and I hope these boots are gonna be comfortable. As for bad reviews I’ve seen on google maps, i think if there was an issue with their customer service, l’intervalle did everything to improve themselves. So don’t be scared to order from them! P.S. I wish there was an easy way to send items back like a prepaid form for Canada post or simply drop off location in one of your stores. That would definitely make shopping and exchange experience faster and easier instead of email conversion.

Super lovely ladies helping in the shop today. I didn’t get their names but they were here in this branch on 15.07.2024 at 14.16. Lovely collection of real leather shoes with squishy soles! Very happy.

Very terrible experience, bought online and picked up in store, shoes are very bad quality!!!! you can't ask for refund even if the shoes are very poor quality and defective, and have obviously been worn for a while and resold to customer!! A brand without integrity！WILL NEVER BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN!!!!
