"Spun from a derelict fertilizer factory, this waterfront park is where I watch ships slip past as the sun sinks—simple, industrial romance." - Rachel Howard

Below standard the facilities and services. The area is too hot during summer as there is no trees or nature. The coffees shop needs a renovation. However area is recommended for photo shooting

A unique park with abandoned industrial sites. It could get better care.

Many friends had spoken to me about the Lipasmata Multifunctional Park, but nothing compared to seeing it with my own eyes. It felt like discovering a hidden gem where the city meets the sea. We sat near the E1 gate — the entrance of ships into the port — and watched as the vessels glided silently across the water, their lights dancing on the surface like fleeting thoughts. The air carried that familiar scent of salt and rust, mingled with the laughter of people scattered along the promenade. It was one of those moments when time seems to slow down — when the hum of the city fades, and you realize that beauty often hides in places you’ve passed a thousand times without noticing. A revelation, indeed. One I’ll gladly return.

Amazing place. A huge park for walking, running, bicycling and hiking. With an amazing view to the sea. The old buildings and the huge chimney are awe inspiring. With many benches and tables to sit and enjoy the view. There's a playground for kids and two cafeterias to buy coffee and food.

Lovely and large park, very much a great spot for a long walk by the sea. The old buildings, silos and smokestacks decorate the park and give it its unique style and vibe. This is a very cool example of how reclaiming industrial zones and repurposing them as parks can produce amazing results.

Interesting post industrial area in Piraeus. Big open areas to picnic, walk your dog or fly a kite. There are also a few cafes and restaurants.

This place is amazing and has potential to be something incredible. Not that it isn’t already. There is a long pedestrian walkway along the water and if you look towards the city you see all these old factories and abandoned buildings. We went during the day but I can imagine it is a lot more fun at night.
