Liquidity was a favourite in the valley. My wife and I came here twice as we travelled down from Kelowna and then back. Chef Joshua made an amazing dinner which paired very well with the wines poured by Larissa. The cocktails were exceptional! The views and the hospitality made our visits the highlight of the trip. I can’t say enough about how welcoming the staff were, how well we were treated by Larissa and how amazing the food was by Chef Josh.

I would like to commend the team at Liquidity, especially Sarah, Elizabeth, and Adam. During our visit, we experienced a flat tire. The staff went above and beyond to make our extended stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Their genuine care and attentiveness were truly appreciated. While the food at Liquidity is excellent, as one would expect from an establishment of its calibre, it was the exceptional service that truly stood out. The team managed to turn an unfortunate situation into a memorable and enjoyable experience, something that has become increasingly rare these days. Congratulations to the team, and thank you for your outstanding hospitality.

The menu is exquisite 👌 I honestly thought I was at a Michelin Star restaurant. The wine is so perfectly paired with each dish that I wanted to get each bottle. What a treat for the senses! I also loved you get a welcoming Rosé when you enter the front doors. Give yourself a few hours to enjoy the surrounding nature (deer, birds of prey, blue birds, stunning valley, and skies 💙), incredible food, and wine. Highly recommended!

We had an unusual experience at Liquidity. We walked their from our Air B&B and everything about it was beautiful. The grounds are magnificent. The views breathtaking. The building is modern and gorgeous. The wines were delicious and service top notch. The two down sides were we arrived at 5:10pm and the kitchen was closed at 5 so we could not order any food and when we went to leave (on foot) we were not able to activate the gate at the exit. We also could not get out the door beside the gate as it was also locked. We had 2 options walk all the way back to the tasting room or, hop the fence. So we hopped the fence. This just felt a little negligent on the care and safety of their patrons. We'll go back before five and see how the menu is and prepare an exit plan ahead of time.

We visited Liquidity Wines after learning about them through the VISA Infinite website. We had the 3 course food and wine pairings for the 4 of us and it was an amazing experience. Upon entering, we were greeted with a glass of Riesling and then guided over to our table. Everything on the tasting menu was well thought out from presentation to taste - all ingredients were local and fresh. You're free to wander for photos and a self tour of the vineyards afterwards.

Immerse yourself in a contemporary ambiance adorned with modern decor, accompanied by impeccable service that adds an extra layer of refinement. The lunch set menu, skillfully curated with wine pairings, stands out for its reasonable pricing and the thoughtful preparation evident in each of the three courses. Anticipation builds as rumors circulate about an upcoming dinner set menu, fueling my eagerness to explore new culinary offerings. As the seasons change, there's a definite plan to revisit in the summer. The prospect of indulging in the fondue adds an element of excitement to the return trip, promising a culinary adventure that perfectly complements the establishment's commitment to both style and substance.

Delicious, creative and thoughtful three course lunch paired with bright wines and a fantastic view! Patio is covered with sun shade sails and dining available inside as well. Great for couples, friends or even groups. Wonderful customer service and friendly staff!

Google
Absolutely fantastic experience at this winery. They fit us in on a busy afternoon without a reservation and we got to enjoy their incredible patio. The tasting is pricey, but for service was wonderful and each wine was delicious, I’d say it’s worth the price. Possibly our favorite winery we’ve been to in the area!

Yelp
If you're looking for an upscale wine tasting experience in the Okanagan region, come to Liquidity. My family and I walked in (but make a reso just in case), and were seated on the patio with a beautiful view of the valley and bird sanctuary below. The decor of the tasting room is very modern, sleek, and monochromatic. The wine was great and our server was very attentive. They have a free lot for you to park in.

Yelp
Ate here tonight for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. What a beautiful, bright, clean restaurant. The decor is verrrry nice. We ordered: 2 glasses of Riesling, the soup (beetroot with cumin), ancient grain salad, sterling farms "poule au pot" and spring shrimp(done vegan as an entree). They brought complimentary foccacia with olive oil and house made cherry vinaigrette. My soup was yummy- tasted like seasoned puréed beets. My fiancé ordered the ancient grains salad without the goat feta so I could have some but it had the feta when it arrived. We didn't say anything and I picked it out and what I ate was good. My spring shrimp done vegan entree was perfect. Literally my ideal dinner: variety of beautiful fresh vegetables that are cooked and seasoned perfectly with fresh herbs. Thank you so much to the cooks/chef who decided to make this for me. Being vegan I tend to have to settle for a sad store bought mixed green salad with sad toppings and super oily vinaigrette. But this entree tonight was beautifully presented, perfectly cooked and had amazing flavour. The mushrooms were a nice surprising burst of flavour like they had been poached in something acidic(vinegar), it was delicious. My fiancé said his poule au pot chicken entree was delicious. The service was great. The server and hostess/food runner were friendly and quality checked to make sure everything was okay. It was very windy but the server and hostess were always checking on everyone making sure they were content or if they wanted to move inside. We had a wonderful dinner and we both agreed that this place deserved 5 stars and I don't give those often.

Yelp
Wow, wow, wow. Living in Oregon, I know good Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. The fact that I brought home 6 bottles should tell you enough. Incredible wines...well made, balanced, perfection. And you must dine at the bistro. The view is great and they feature art in their tasting room. Simply an experience to remember.

Yelp
This place is just awesome. :) I haven't been in lots of wineries in the area and, in the reality, this is the only one I decided to check it out. I am glad I did it! The view is stunning, the food was amazing, the staff was pretty nice, the bistro itself was so clean and elegant, and finally the wines were very good. At the bistro, I tried their steak dish and my husband tried the flatbread. The waitress suggested the best wine for each of those dishes and we loved it. We loved the food and wine. We also has a delicious chocolate mousse as desserts. We did a wine tasting as well and we ended up taking few bottles with us. This is definitely a MUST GO around Penticton area!

Yelp
Stop the presses. Go to Liquidity. Now. We came here to try the wines, but upon a glance at their gorgeous patio, I knew we had to sit down to try out their food. Apparently they are usually booked up in advance and do not take walk-ins (at least not on a busy Saturday over a long weekend), but hey, why not try. After some coaxing and an insistence that we would just try some desserts and head out shortly, the team relented and I'm so glad that they did. We ordered a few desserts off their menu and they were divine. I'm not usually a sweets kind of guy (or sweet guy for that matter), but enjoyed every taste of it. Apparently it has been on the Top 100 Restaurants of Canada list by TripAdvisor for the past two years. Can't wait to come back and stay for a full meal.

Yelp
Alexis hosted the tasting for my friend and I and she was so lovely! So well knowledged and very efficient. It was our first time at liquidity and it won't be the last. The views were spectacular and the wine was even better!

Yelp
The most amazing experience- puts some of the most reputable wineries to shame. Abby went above and beyond providing us an approachable, yet incredibly knowledgeable, tasting experience. The food...oh my goodness the food! Kenny created food that seamlessly complimented the wine- and came to our table to discuss it. Kenny and Abby made our day. I canceled my other wine club immediately and joined this one and already looking at a day to come back for lunch before I have to leave. I have tasted wine and experienced pairings all over the Okanagan and nothing even comes close to our time at Liquidity today. Thank you!

Yelp
The Sommelier at Mission Hill recommended us to drop by this local gem after our stop at Blue Mountain Vineyard, and we are so happy that we did. This 7-weeks old vineyard is truly a rising star. When you walk into the lobby your eyes will open up to the view of the oily-green vineyard through the patio glass. Look around you will appreciate art works from Liquidity designer - Ian's private Art collection. This is definitely a clean, modern yet welcoming space. The tasting room is located to your left, and you can enjoy beautiful whites and reds poured by the classy staff. The Viognier 2012 and Merlot 2011 are already sold out. I love the White Blend 2012 that is very citrus and stone fruits on the nose and a natural acidic balance on the tongue. Pinot Noir 2011 is yummy because it's got a beautiful floral note and a centered tannin structure with ripen berries. You can feel that the team at Liquidity poured their heart and soul into the winery, and it only uses French barrels on site, I look forward to coming back here next year when the patio is opened. Cheerio~

Yelp
In a nutshell: great food and service, amazing view. We came to the Liquidity winery and bistro on a Monday afternoon following a recommendation for the best patio view (it won some award last year) and boy it it deliver... First we stopped to taste the wines and then proceeded to the calm patio overlooking the vineyards and more distant hills. Sitting next to the overflowing water element (don't know how to describe it) was very relaxing. Just spectacular (see photo). Service was quick and our server was friendly and knowledgable. Very professional. The food was very appealing to the eye and palat. My wife had the mussels which was very flavorful and I enjoyed the toasted baguette sandwich with prosciutto and brie cheese, one of the best sandwiches I had in years (or maybe it was the combination of good food, amazing views and some alcohol in my bloodstream?). At any event. Warmly recommended.

Yelp
I did not see any Teletubbies there. I did not see a slender plastic tag clipped to an employee's shirt with a name printed on it. And I certainly did not see a little Asian child with a blank expression on his face sitting outside on a mechanical helicopter that shakes when you put quarters in it. This was an art gallery, my friend, and Liquidity was a piece of art. My girlfriend and I were on vacation through Okanagan wine country. Over six days, we visited sixty wineries. You can follow our various locations with this disclaimer. That's sixty wineries, not an exaggeration. We ended the trip with 120 bottles acquired. This is closer to what I expect from a winery. An extended drive until the worry sets in you're about to drive into a Wes Craven cliché. Progressive art pieces begging for a photo against a picturesque landscape. An open-concept restaurant where your hands rest inches from a still-water feature. Liquidity is a destination, a place you detour to visit. It's itself as much a work of art as the pieces hanging on its walls. Yes, Liquidity also boasts an art gallery, connecting back to the paraphrased Unbreakable quote at the beginning of this review. After ogling and sampling, my girlfriend and I settled in for lunch, which obviously involved charcuterie...because that is just what everyone does on vacation apparently. It appears a standard practice--every restaurant in the Okanagan offers their variation. Perhaps there is a battle of charcuteries across the region--if so, this one may have won the trophy. It looked amazing and tasted to match. Even the server commented that he chef had outdone himself. Maybe he saw my camera... It's just a damn shame the wine is only so-so. This was one of the few locations where we did not pick up a bottle. We didn't regret the visit, and enjoyed it more than some other wineries where we did buy wine. Liquidity is a destination winery, and of all the others in this area, this one's a necessity. You may enjoy the wine, but even if you don't, you'll relish in everything else.

Yelp
The food was delicious! It was topped only by the wine and the view. This bistro overlooks the rolling hills, mountains and vineyards of the Okanagan. The staff was attentive. The meat was cooked to perfection. Everything was nicely paired with the right amount of sauce and roasted vegetables. This restaurant is a must if you are passing through or staying in the region.

Yelp
This is our first time at this winery, recommended by a staff at another vineyard. The venue modern and beautiful with an amazing view. We did a tasting of the Viognier, Chardonnay, Rose, Merlot and Dividend. The Chardonnay and Rose were delicious. Their red wine tasted young and lack complexity. I'd like to see what they can do with their reds in the later years.

Yelp
Beautiful wine tasting and beautiful atmosphere. Never had dinner in a more elegant place. We got to sit right by the window with the sun setting, with all the Vineyards in view. Our server Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable- he recommended the lamb and the halibut which were both amazing. The halibut was the best fish dinner I've had in my life- fresh juicy halibut wrapped in vine leaves with a tomato consomé. Delicious!!!!!

Emily H.

Yelp
The service was exceptional! The beat and goat cheese dish was so delicious it's going to be my new go-to. Just a gorgeous location and such lovely staff.

Yelp
Very nice winery and restaurant filled with really nice art. Wines were nice but we went for lunch. We got the salad and the parmesan gnocchi. Both were really flavourful and bright with colors. The salad had a mix of beets and the shallot dressing was the winning point. The gnocchi dish came with a squash puree and parmesan. It would be nice if it it was finished with olive oil to bring it all together but it was all very delicious. The service was also impeccable and you just couldn't beat the views!!

Yelp
My family and I stopped at the bistro for dinner, and it was lovely! The winery has gorgeous views and a really nice outdoor patio. You can also walk down into the vineyards. Also, I am vegan and the chef made a dish of quinoa with veggies and a tomato sauce for me. It was the most delicious vegan meal I've ever had! I strongly recommend this place for a vegan :) Others ordered the halibut for dinner and an ice cream sandwich for dessert, which they said were also yummy.

Yelp
Splendid experience all-around! Beautiful patio views and when it got colder at night we were moved to an equally comfortable spot indoors amongst the modern, artistic decor. Service staff were outstanding, especially when we wanted to sample wines to pair with our meals. Portion sizes were good and all courses delicious and beautifully presented. An excellent dining experience!

Yelp
Excellent food. Ordered 5 items for lunch and every one of them tasted so delicious. Great atmosphere and the space with a fantastic view. Highly recommended to anyone visiting South Okanagan

Yelp
This is a review of the restaurant. By far the best meal we had on our 4.5 day trip. Simple, unique menu. Ingredients were fresh. Execution is spot on. Flavors are perfect. I can eat here everyday Tomatoe soup - so simple right? but done perfectly with a hint of spiciness Flat bread- yummmm Pasta - omg cooked to perfection

Yelp
Better make a reservation. You are a leper otherwise. Beautiful place. Interesting art. Very stuffy. Too pretentious for what's offered.

Yelp
Beautiful building and view. Food and service was great. Our server was personable and professional. Definitely worth a visit if you are in OK Falls. Try the Chardonnay! It's a beautiful and creamy white wine.

Yelp
A great view and nice surroundings. Totally overpriced though. Beer $15. They double the prices of their own wines available just steps away for half price. Their Pinot Noir is the weakest /thinnest I have ever tasted. $39.00 for a 5 oz steak. Ordered the steak rare it was well done. Two of the fish orders were overlooked at our table. Risotto was dry old and clumpy. Chicken and duck dinners were over salted. Waitress was not very attentive. Had to keep topping up our own wine. They did not charge for 2 deserts and took $22 off the $360 meal for 6. Not willing to step up to all their mistakes for a birthday dinner.

Yelp
We had dinner at Luquidity over the weekend and it was spectacular! Fresh local food and wines from the local wineries. The food flavor, the food presentation, the art, the landscaping, the architectural design, the service and THE VIEW all rate 5 Stars. Well done to their whole team for finally giving the Sonora Room Restaurant a run for the best in the Okanagan. We will be back with friends.

Yelp
Pizza was good. Something to soak up the wine. Service was great. Great view and the wines are very good. We were served exceptionally fast.

Yelp
Wow, people seem to either love this place or hate it. I was kind of in the middle... We only stopped in for a wine tasting so maybe next time we should try a dining experience. I thought the staff were a bit awkward, and when we tried to chat with them they didn't really try to continue the conversation. The winery is nice and the wine, though there was very limited commodity available was very good. We ended up leaving with a bottle and there is no doubt in my mind we will be back next time we are in the area.
google avatar

Jeff F.

Yelp
There's not much to pick from dining wise in Okanagan Falls but this place is over the top good. It's modern and a bit edgy and kind of out in the middle of nowhere but that's good because there's nothing else close by! Everything else is back beyond Penticton and on the Bench. If you're looking for a non-pub dinner in the far south Okanagan area I highly recommend this place.

Matthew S.

Yelp
It used to be a top dining restaurant but not anymore. Notice all the reviews are mostly 2017. There's a reason, the owner hired her Son who a mediocre cook. Last time we were there which was 6 months ago the food was terrible. If this place gets a 5 star, it's a plant. Don't forget to pass by when you are dropping in
google avatar

Ashley H.

Yelp
We had our wedding dinner here, and everything was perfect! The staff was wonderful, the food was fantastic and the wine pairings were amazing. The setting is beautiful for photos as well. 10/10 would recommend.
google avatar

Faizal J.

Yelp
Not pet friendly at all. Staff rude, especially the manager who lacks communication skills; which in fact is essential is the service industry. Didn't even bother buying any wine to support a company that fails to deliver in every aspect of customer satisfaction.
google avatar

Natalie G.

Yelp
Great to have another winery restaurant to add to the mix! Happened upon this place somewhat by accident, it's tucked away behind Okanagan Falls in a lovely spot, overlooking Vaseux Lake. The food is great, art work is a fantastic bonus (owner's private collection, who has an obvious passion and is very interesting to chat to) and of course the wine, which was also excellent. Hope this place gets the success it deserves.

L A.

Yelp
I've spent an extraordinary amount of time trying to review this restaurant and it boils down to this: beautiful venue - you can't beat their view - however a bit more lighting at night would have maybe enhanced our dining experience to actually see our food - or maybe not disappointing service - no introduction by the server, don't even think she smiled. Was repeatedly told "ladies first" and still didn't get it on her own, tended to duck and run away; we had to leave our table twice to go consult with the kitchen about food pairings; no consideration for allergies, etc. She just wasn't interested in us at all. inconsistent food. Some food was tasty but cooked poorly (med rare in the middle, crusty on the edges), some food was average and some food was barely eaten at all. Any no queries about why. Strange. Overall a very disappointing experience. So disappointing that I'm not interested in returning for a second chance.

Andrea G.

Yelp
We've been here a few times and the experience always leaves me cold. The wine is good but the service is sub-par. The venue is actually spectacular - hence the multiple visits; beautiful art and large installations, grounds are wonderful and the view is amazing. However, I would say this place is on the high side of pretentious. Food is good and well-presented but not a lot of options for those with dietary issues. And it's on the high side of expensive. The wine list available at the restaurant is good and all local but the prices they charged are outrageous - more than doubling the winery pricing; even their own which is hilarious to me seeing as it's just paces over to purchase your own bottle. They really need to re-think their approach. They have the potential to really own this market but not the way they are going about it now. So... it's definitely a must-see but manage your expectations.
