Feel so much disappointed by the service, I wouldn’t doubt with the taste of the food but the service? Basic hospitality is to smile and to inform yet this guy at cashier just ain’t serving at all. No smile no informing no describing how the menu was. I came being confused cause there’s nobody serving so I waited a bit at the cashier to pick some menu to bring to table so partner can take a quick look, then I met a grumpy not so handsome nor friendly guy in black T-shirt I said “Hi” with the smile yet got no response, then I asked for the menu if there’s anything I could bring for my table and he only pointed his finger to the black board no explanation whatsoever so I had to asked again what I really meant to him and only then I got an answer “oh there’s no such thing” so alright I took pictures myself of the black board menu. By the time I was ready to order while I was also in the line he stupidly, rudely, informed that what I ordered was not available!
Is it so hard for you Lisa’s Garden Workers to just remove the chalk from your beautiful never the same black board menu some of the dish which not available? Or just to cross them off of the list? So hard, so busy, so you forgot to just even smile?
I had to counter the cashier to just suggest him to smile, or to just inform me as customer because I came to him three times! Three times! He could just ask the magic word which taught since we were kids “how can I help you?” Or “how can I do for help?”. Once I told him this, he would just told me “people who come here know because they’re regular” like okay, you own a restaurant how do you expect that all your customers are regulars? Even the regulars are once just visitor!
Please Lisa’s Garden, train your worker at least to just smile, I came to Lisa’s Garden cause a friend of mine once gave me your cheesecake and it was delicious but not the service, ugly and disgusting! Also is it so hard to just put the sign that you take cash only? Too hard yes? Too busy? Too much expenses yea because you need to buy more HVS Paper and a roll of tape to stick it on your display? Oh or too lazy to just write it on your never the same colorful blackboard menu? Yes, guess so.
