Positive comments are that the hotel is in a great location to explore the centre of Lisbon. Easy walk to sea front with many bars and restaurants down every street. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our 3 day stay. The breakfast that was included in our room rate though restricted in choice, unless you paid extra for other items. Also the bed was comfortable.|Negatives were our standard room only had 2 small windows with a door which opened out onto a small balcony which overlook the opposite buildings laundry room. With a washing line full of clothes. It was very dark and the air con unit was noisy.|Our friends had a superior room which had 3 large windows looking out onto the main road. |No tea or coffee facilities in the room.||Nice touch in the reception area was a carafe of port to try.

We were in love with this hotel! The location cannot be beat, it is literally dead center in the middle of everything. You walk out the door right into shops, restaurants, anything you could ask for. The hotel itself is so nice, I love the historical aspect of it, I could not stop taking pictures for my archeologist daughter. Our room was super spacious and the bathroom was nice and roomy as well. The best part was our balcony, it faced right into the action. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Initially was given a room bello the standard promised, and it took till next day to switch us in to the room we reserved. No apology nothing for the inconveniences. Totally unexpectable behavior from the manager.

Taxi must drop at least 2 blocks away-- no fun in a Torrential downpour! |The smell in the common areas was horrific--like BLACK MOLD. Room was ok, bed was comfy. Location awesome.

My daughter and I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location in a pedestrian area near many shops and restaurants. We were able to get to many of Lisbon’s sights on foot and then got to the train station for visit to Belém in 15 mins walking. It felt a very clean and safe area.|The hotel is beautiful, and our room (402) was large with small traditional balconies so we had a wonderful view of the city. The air con was very functional and quiet and also we were able to open the French windows - the streets below were quiet after midnight. |There is a lift, which is handy as 4 flights of stairs were a strain after a long day of walking in Lisbon.|We didn’t have breakfast as we chose to eat at the local restaurants and cafes - there were plenty.|Only negative was that the tea was not replenished and there was no coffee in the room, despite having a kettle. This would be a very welcome addition.

The room was very dark, hot, and not at all comfortable — poor ventilation and barely any natural light. During the day, there were constant construction works in the hallway, which made it hard to relax. There was no mobile signal in the room, and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow. For the price, I expected a much better experience

We found this hotel accommodating to our needs. It is very centrally situated and our room was spacious and clean. There was an extra small room where we were able to store our luggage which was very much appreciated. The bathroom was also spacious, however, not much room to put toiletries but we made do with putting these on a small stool which was placed near the basin. Perhaps, instead of paper cups in the bathroom, glasses would be more acceptable. Although our room overlooked the street with cafes etc, we could not hear any noise at all and had a peaceful nights sleep each night during our stay. Our breakfasts were included in the price of our accommodation and it was appreciated that we could choose what we wanted the day before from the breakfast menu and hand this in at reception who would then pass it on to the breakfast staff. You could choose from cooked or continental breakfasts, both were good. Breakfasts are run very efficiently by the staff. The reception staff were polite and helpful and organized a taxi for us on our last day to the airport, even coming with us to show where we would be picked up because taxis cannot park directly outside the hotel. I would definitely stay at the Lisboa Prata Boutique Hotel again.

Booked into this Hotel for 7 days and had a wonderful break. The Hotel is very central to all restaurants and amenities. The rooms are a little dated and noisy because it's on one of the main strips through the City. Cleaners can come at any time of the day so be mindful of this. The Breakfast is the same everyday with no variation or change in diet.||The reception is good with all parties we spoke to being very polite and helpful. Dirty towels need to be placed on the shower floor or they don't get changed we found. One small piece of advice for Breakfast eaters is if you like cereal before your cooked food ask for the cold milk on table arrival or the whole package arrives together and your hot food will go cold.

Yelp
Great experience provided by the Lisboa Prata Boutique Hotel in the Chiado area. Excellent service provided by Alfonso and Raquel. They have a downstairs restroom and TV room with sofas and the underground section of the building. Our room had wonderful Air Conditioner and it was a relief to have a room with 97 F heat. They charge $14 Eu for continental breakfast. We skipped. They have complimentary coffee, water, and Port Wine in the lobby. This is a perfect location to enjoy a lot of restaurants and entertainment. It was very clean and I would return.

Yelp
The Lisboa Prata Boutique Hotel is located in a fantastic location near many of the sites and stops in Lisbon. Just a few blocks from the water and close to many great bakeries, restaurants, and shops, the Lisboa Prata provides a great starting block for your visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very large, comfortable, and many provided great views of the city. The price was very reasonable and overall the room was a great value. One recommendation: if you are driving in you should reconsider the suggestions of the staff on the nearest parking lot. We were directed to the parking lot straight ahead by the statue and given no estimate of price, just told that was the best spot for parking. This would ultimately cost over 40E a day and we were told by the parking attendant that no hotel should ever recommend people to part there. Outside of this, we really enjoyed our stay.

Yelp
Lisboa Prata Boutique Hotel is a small and quaint boutique hotel conveniented located on Rua da Prata in the Baixa neighborhood of Lisbon. This is the perfect location and a shirt walking distance from practically every touristic area in Lisbon... Praca da Comercio, Rossio Square, Alfama, etc. The staff is pleasant and helpful, and speak mainly Portuguese or Spanish. Some of the staff spoke a little English, so you might want to learn some Portuguese or brush up on your Spanish at the very least. We were upgraded so our room was spacious with a view of the side street. The room was clean and more spacious than expected. Despite the window view facing the street corner, it was surprisingly quiet and we didn't hear the traffic below. However, there was building construction across the side street and that was noisy in the morning. This was not a problem for us as we were awake by 8-9AM every day for sightseeing. There are restaurants and bars literally steps from the hotel entrance and we were amazed with the food and wine quality for the price we paid. Everything was delicious and very affordable, especially for a touristic area (where food quality tends to be lacking). The hotel is surrounded by eateries, bars, and shopping... and only couple of blocks from Rue da Agusta. This is the ideal location for those who want to be within walking distance from all that Lisbon has to offer!
