Lismore Gateway Motel

Great location. Easy walk into town. Safe undercover parking. Rooms are so new and clean. Amazing bathrooms with excellent shower and I had a separate bath as well which was awesome. Great shared kitchen area and extra fridge space. Check in was a little slow as reception was on the phone with a customer for a long time. Bed also super comfy with great pillows.

I was lucky enough that a single room was available without prior booking. I had stayed at the Gateway prior to the disastrous floods in Lismore and enjoyed my stays|at that time. The Reception was very welcoming.| The room was spacious and quiet; very well lit with a spacious shower and vanity unit. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. No noise from adjoining rooms. The central location is fabulous - great parking. The gardens, pool, gym and other facilities will be very much needed for Conferences if they are held I am sure those attending will be happy with the facilities.

I stayed here for business and was very impressed with this motel. The interior was newly refurbished throughout. The rooms were well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Great facilities for cooking and washing. A great find. Would definitely stay here again

Hubby and I had a night here recently so we could visit the Archibald Prize exhibition at the Gallery. Staff at the front desk was lovely and welcoming. We were very happily surprised that there was a lift to the rooms. Plenty of room in the corridors (and no carpet) so there is disability access (and a disabled-friendly room). The guest kitchen and laundry is a great addition. The pool area, gardens and fountain are lovely and relaxing (plenty of room around the pool for disabled access). There is also a gym, and a conference room. Close to the Lismore CBD, so easily walked-to. We had a balcony room; very pleasant to sit out there and enjoy the view of the pool and garden. Would happily come again.

Fabulous motel! Clean, modern, comfortable and very helpful staff. Fantastic kitchen and laundry facilities plus undercover parking. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely say there again.

Beautiful renovation, extremely comfortable bed and very clean. Lovely personal products provided in room and a super functional kitchen for guests use. Love that there was a zip tap in the kitchen with filtered water for the in room kettle. Such warm and welcoming staff at reception and easy off street parking. Close to everything and very quiet in spite of being on a main road. Will definitely be back whenever we visit northern NSW.

The staff at the Gateway were amazing! So helpful and friendly. The room was amazing, had everything we needed, including a gym and laundry facilities. Would recommend this place to anyone.
