Little Farms Market, Guoco Tower

My first visit to Little Farms at Gucco Towers. Served by Siddiq at the cashier and Deva around the store. Siddiq even guided me to sign up as a member to collect points for future redemptions. Excellent & courteous service from them is well received. Kindly forward my compliments to Siddiq & Deva to let them know that their friendly service did not go unnoticed. Thank you.

Did some grocery shopping and the sweet staff member Patricia behind the counter finally convinced me to sign up for a membership (I’ve been coming for a while but always decline because I’ve always thought of is as a hassle😂) Patricia is very kind, friendly and patient, truly a gem in the Singapore service industry! I love little farms for their fresh produce and imported products ❤️ Their chocolate and ice cream sections always bring me joy. Also can never resist their snacks, I am addicted to their thai sweet chilli hummus and crackers! The other locations in Holland Village, East coast and Tanglin have in-house restaurants which are fantastic and a big hit among my friends. Love love love their food!

patricia was extremely helpful! she offered to help me wrap the stem of the flowers i bought as they were a present for a friend and i really appreciate the attentiveness and care 😁 i thought that the bouquet was beautiful and a great deal at just $15 which is an amazing price for a bouquet

I’ve been buying from Little Farms multiple times, and I really like the quality of the products. However, until recently, no one had informed me about joining the membership. During my last visit, Jayuna Tang kindly explained the membership to me and helped me join. I even received a $1 discount, which was a nice bonus. More importantly, her service made a big difference—she was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. After joining, the overall experience felt even better. The products are absolutely worth it, and the fruits are pure bliss—so fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. You can truly feel the quality in every bite. Thanks to Jayuna Tang for the excellent service and for making the shopping experience more enjoyable. Highly recommend Little Farms for anyone who values quality and great customer service.

Arlene from Little Farm Tanjong Pagar is the best service staff I ever come across. When I needed something she is quick to get it for me, when there is no stock she would recommend me to the nearest Little Farm outlet, when the other staff would asked me to come back another day. She always remind me is double bonus point day on Tuesday when I am there so that I can pick up more items. Congratulations for having such quality staff. Thanks againArlene

Had an amazing experience today at Little Farms Market! The Tanjong Pagar team is so friendly and helpful, they treat customers with respect and kindness. Oh, and I love strawberries, so thank you for the recommendations and offer, these are huge and delicious. The samples were very helpful at helping me make my decision to buy! Haha! Today I have been served by Jayna Tang and coincidentally my name is similar to her!

Went to get an urgent gift basket and Jessica gave the best service I’ve ever encountered in a grocery store (and I have been to many). She made an otherwise rather stressful task melt into a joyful experience. Kudos to Jessica and her team!!
