Little Garden Guest House

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was beyond our expectation. Once we get into the hustle bustle of Udaipur's Old City, it was a bit overwhelming. But once we got into the gates of this hostel, we felt instantly at home. Every corner was designed beautifully, especially our very beautiful orange room with the turquoise door. We took a lot of photo at the picturesque window nook :D. Not to mention the place was squeaky clean, the breakfast was nice, and the service is detailed and warm. We also got good recommendations for tour guide and craft shops. Akshay (the owner) surely had a great taste and a vision with his business. Will recommend this place to everyone visiting Udaipur who wants to have a memorable stay, not only a room to sleep.

I highly recommend this gorgeous guest house. The most welcoming, nothing is a problem, kind, generous owner. His attention to detail is amazing. We had the most lovely two days staying here and loved it so much that we will definitely be back. They made us feel part of their family. The rooms are gorgeous and spotless. All the staff were absolutely divine. The chef was happy to make anything we asked for. They deserve to thrive. I would highly highly recommend a stay here.

I recently stayed at Little Garden Guest House in Udaipur and had a truly wonderful experience. The hospitality was exceptional, with the hosts going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The property has a beautiful traditional setup that reflects the culture and adds a warm & homely charm. Every corner of the place was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more pleasant. The staff and people around were very welcoming, polite. The location of the guest house is perfect. They have a very pretty view of the city palace from their terrace. Also, despite being located in one of the most crowded and lively areas, the guest house is surprisingly quiet and peaceful.

Loved staying here, it has great energy, perfect location that's right amongst it but somehow peaceful - it's a few metres up a little side alley from a busy road. Friendly, personable and helpful team, relaxed. Enjoyed the casual and tasty breakfast and great chai, great marsala omelettes - very casual and it worked well for us. Loved the room (top floor, easy to pop up to roof terrace to soak up the view and vibes), no TV but we found it all very relaxing, it's clean and feels good. The owner recommended Syah if we wanted a modern fine dining experience and organised a taxi that waited for us while we dined - highly recommended for a special night, it's a 30-40min drive out of the town with very refined sophisticated food and team. We asked about a palm reader/Vedic astrologer and the Little Garden manager (Akshar I think) booked Manish (can't recall his surname) to come and do the readings - this was incredible, I am a professional Western astrologer and discerning about such matters - Manish was excellent and gave us accurate, diplomatically delivered advice and information, a professional. Highly recommend Little Garden for a casual, cozy, character-ful experience.

A group of 4 of us traveled to Udaipur for a wedding, Akshay (the hotel manager with great soul) was the most incredible host. I have never felt so taken care of or had the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. Anything we needed or wanted, was completely taken care of. The rooms, breakfast, and overall experience was beyond exceptional. Staying here is a must to make the most of your time in beautiful Udaipur!

Centrally located, and run by an extremely professional team led by owner Akshay, who is hands on with every detail. You are literally treated as a guest in his home from the minute you arrive. Rooms are extremely clean, filled with antiques hundred of years old. The breakfasts are excellent, and get your day started on the right foot. Having lived in Australia, Akshay’s English is excellent, and having grown up in Udaipur, there is nothing he can’t arrange - you just have to ask. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Udaipur.

This hotel is just amazing! The interior design is exceptionel and very very tasteful. The bathrooms very modern and funcional, water pressure really good, amount of hot water endless;-), clean, quiet with a roof top terrace with a beautiful view to the palace ! Great place really! The breakfast in a beautiful heritage room with fine decoration is just amazing as you get everything you want. They even went to the market to get the fruit we wanted. Unbelievable. The best place I could choose in Udaipur. I highly recommend this boutique hotel in the centre of Udaipur. Fair from the noise but very close to everything. The owner make this jewels hotel that is curated in each details whit all have a meaning behind. his wife, family and stuff all super attentive, kind and super welcoming. I highly recommend this place.
