I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The location is unbeatable—right on the riverfront and just a short 5-minute walk to the ancient town. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring super convenient. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and always had a warm smile. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful stay and a memorable experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Unforgettable Stay – Best Location & Amazing Staff! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is unbeatable – just 2-3 minutes' walk from the main attractions, making everything easily accessible. What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff – always smiling, helpful, and genuinely eager to assist. The breakfast buffet was mostly international, with limited Indian options, but the staff went above and beyond to prepare special Indian dishes for us on request. The biggest surprise? They even arranged a birthday cake for us – such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that created unbelievable memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with personalized service.

What a wonderful hotel!!! Besides being conveniently located just steps away from restaurants, shopping and the main attractions of Hoi An, this jewel of boutique hotel provides excellent customer service, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms at an affordable price in comparison to other hotels in the area. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink, our bed was the biggest bed I had ever seen and it was super comfortable. We had a city view room which overlooked a quiet charming alleyway. The hotel is very quiet spite being so near the hustle and bustle of the town. The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It feels like a home away from home. Thank you to Kate for the thoughtful birthday cake and song. 🙏🙏🙏

Wise decision by booking this hotel. Located right in front of the river and walkable distance to the main market area. Well maintained clean hotel. The rooms are "wow" loved it the moment we entered. The staff is very polite and friendly always smiling. Wide spread buffet breakfast. My family loved their stay at this hotel. If your visiting Hoi An then you definitely need to book this hotel. Value for money i guarantee. Thank to the staff & management of Little Hoi An for looking after us very well.

Fabulous stay in Hoi An, highly recommend for it's location in regards to the night market and local tailors. We were welcomed into a pleasant surprise for our honeymoon and the staff are incredibly kind and polite. The buffet breakfast is incredible, with an egg station, fresh fruit and a variety of western and Vietnamese breakfast food items that change every day. The massages here are fantastic and a better price than the spa next door (plus 20% off for hotel guests!) I was able to book massages with open availability last minute. We didn't utilize the pool but it looked clean and relaxing. There is a complimentary shuttle to Ang Bang beach and it was promptly and well air conditioned. The beds are comfortable however the pillows are a bit high for my liking. The staff at the front desk are able to exchange money for guests which was convenient and a decent rate compared to the banks. Renting the bikes was fun and a good way to explore Hoi An, however you must be an experienced biker! Overall I would stay here again just for the convenient location and breakfast. Special shout-out to Kate at the front desk that welcomed us and provided us with local gems. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help.

We had a fantastic time here, thanks to Kate and her team. Breakfast was one of the best I had and good variety. Smallish sheltered pool and functional gym. PSA for parents with kids, they have babysitting service!!! We availed this service for 3 hrs and thanks to Kate and her team, my child was in good hands. It is a good 7-10 min walk to old town though. But quiet and away from the hustle and bustle which is great. For wheelchair guests, note that there are 3 small flights of stairs to the reception though, after which there is a lift to the rooms.

Our stay at the Little Hoi An Boutique Hotel was truly delightful. The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated near the river, the historic Old Town, and a variety of restaurants—all within easy walking distance of Hoi An’s main attractions. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide selection of well-presented and delicious options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. The only minor drawback was the relatively small size of the pool. However, the hotel compensates for this by providing a complimentary shuttle service to An Bang Beach, where guests can enjoy free sunbed access—an excellent added benefit.

From our first moment of arriving until checking out today, we have had the most amazing 4 night stay. We are very grateful to Kate and her team for ensuring everything we wanted to do on our trip was achieved. From booking cars and tours- nothing was too much trouble .|The buffet breakfast is extensive and the food is fresh. The beds are firm just how my partner and I like them. Pillows comfy, plenty of hot water and rooms are very clean and serviced daily. You open the door after breakfast and staff have miraculously tidied the room.|The cocktails are some of the best we’ve had. |The hotel is situated in the perfect location. Honestly, if you are staying in beautiful Hoi A please come and try this hotel.|They even have a shuttle bus to the beach daily and will give you clean towels to borrow.|After a hot day, you can go for a dip in the pool here too.|Makes me wonder why we can’t get this sort of service in Australia where we are from. |Thank you so much for having us Little Hoi An Boutique Hotel!
