5 Star Experience! Everything from customer service, food and atmosphere was outstanding. My husband and I shared the lamb shanks, roasted pumpkin and then treated ourselves to most indulging dessert - the chocolate lava cake with caramel ice-cream. The food was quality and they were generous serves. We highly recommend this place if you haven't yet tried it, and will certainly be back!

Calamari was beautiful, flash fried cooked being tender with seasoning just right. Eye fillet cooked perfectly to medium as ordered - tender with good crust and jus had such depth. Scallops and barramundi fresh and moist with tasty accompaniments. Great range of drinks and beautiful view. Service was friendly and timely. Highly recommended to celebrate a special occasion.

A regular destination for us with family & friends. We cannot fault it with views across to the river as a bonus.

If you are after delicious food, fresh flavours, simple yet comprehensive menu they have obviously mastered - this is the place for you ! Rabbit pie was amazing as was the pork belly ... and the duck.. and the pan fried snapper .. need I go on? Oh leave room for dessert !

5 years later.... revisited for another perfect meal, and I am happy to say that the world's best sticky date survived a global pandemic!
Really, hard to fault. Lovely entrees and mains. Great cocktails, and by faaaar the best sticky date I've ever had. Epic sticky date... not easy to do that with sticky date!

Had a wonderful lunch today can't fault anything at this establishment anytime we eat here. Excellent service, wonderful food and a great atmosphere and location. This is why we drive from Hervey Bay just to dine here. Can't wait until the next visit.
