Little Italy Hostel

When I arrived in Perugia, I found this cozy hostel that I really liked! I stayed in the budget-friendly 12-bed room, and the first seven days were great. The other guests were respectful and friendly, which made for a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, my last day wasn’t the best because of one rude guest. I did notice that the young lady cleaned both the rooms and the bathrooms really well, so I’d give cleanliness a solid 9/10, especially if there are no more than five people in the room. Just a heads up, the reception isn’t open 24 hours, so plan accordingly! Overall, I was really pleased with the services provided by the hostel, and I’m truly grateful for that. Thank you!

Didn't stay here, but it will hold your luggage for the day if you've checked out of your own accommodation and still have time to explore before the flight home. You can book storage online, but the downside is that the luggage is simply left in reception, not locked away securely. This was fine for a few hours.

Hostel is inside small building and it is quite reserved with using a space, but this is general theme in the whole city, so it is okay. Ground floor is renovated and looks nice. there are wide range of breakfast options for 5 euros and you can try many things. rooms were not in the best conditions, but for one night stay it is quite okay. Location is amazing, since it is 2 minutes from Duomo and most of the things happen there. one of the things which i liked is that I messed up my booking and the owner was kind enough to help me on the spot and save me lots of troubles.

The location was close to the center and easy to reach from both the bus and train station with the escalators and mini metro. The lady at reception was lovely, only issue is that reception is not manned often. Room was dirty, the locker draw had dust and hair in it and my bed had a dead moth under the pillow. The curtain provided did not move across so couldn’t block out light. I had a person in my 12 bed dorm coming in and out every hour and knocking on the door to get people to let him in and leaving socks in the door to keep it ajar. I did not feel safe staying in the room and would not recommend to solo travelers.

Perfect place for single travelers, people are very nice and helpful. good communication with check-in instructions and great location within the city center. Definitely worth staying!

Very nice hostel right in the middle of Perugia, super easy access to a bunch of really nice restaurants and the minimetrò. Staff is very helpful and so so nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Good stay mostly clean common area however top bunk no9 in room 1 surroundings are filthy and mouldy. Clearly up there was never cleaned (on top of bathroom). Also mould on shower walls. For somebody like myself with common allergies it was quite unpleasant. Additionally, I arrived at 3pm for check in and had to wait around 30 mins to be let in, not even by staff but by somebody who was also staying at the hostel. Waited 20 mins in the reception till a very nice man came and checked me in. But waiting an hour to check in is almost ridiculous, throughout my stay ended up opening for a few more people also. However apart from this the stay was pleasant and the staff helpful.
