LITERALLY THE BEST STORE IN SAN DIEGO. They have everything you need AND MORE. We have become really good friends with the owner, his wife, and employees. They make my day better every time I go in there. They have a HUGE selection of both naughty snacks, but also a huge selection of healthy foods too!!! I especially appreciate that they have international foods like hummus and a variety of other middle eastern treats. They always have The products I want in stock. They have regular grocery sized items which I also love. Literally the best market in the world and the remodel looks SO GOOD!!!! It’s clean, safe, and dog friendly. Thank you guys WE LOVE YOU!!!

I am working on a job in Little Italy for the next few weeks and so I walk offsite looking for lunch and cold drinks on my breaks. The 7-11 nearby had a poor selection of cold drinks for a guy working in the hot sun, so I decided to try Little Italy Market and Spirits today. So much better! The selections are better, the store is just cleaner and somehow manages to feel like a warm family owned place and a sleek modern place simultaneously. The man at the counter greeted me on my way in and my way out. Everything about this corner shop is so much better than a 7-11 that I had to say something. I'm coming back here for my drinks and snacks while I'm working here - that's for sure. There's a local brew coffee company they carry and it's delicious, (Dropkick)! And Squirt! I love Squirt and I hardly ever see it anywhere anymore. Thank you to the owners here for doing it right!

Simply the best. If you are looking for your go-to weekend drink, they have it. If you are looking to try something new or maybe something that just got released, they have it! The staff is incredible friendly and always willing to ask you what else they should stock. A local liquor store should always feel this friendly and welcoming.

They have something for everyone here, there are an abundance of heathy food options, frozen high end meats. The floor to ceiling selection of spirits is a nice touch as well as their walk in beer cave.

If anyone who works here tells you it's illegal to buy small liquor bottles in San Diego, they're lying. Would not support a business with employees like the gentleman working today.

Another Little Italy gem (and yes, my wallet cried a little, but with a happy heart). Little Italy Market & Spirits is basically the neighborhood's pricier but worth the convenience spot! Thus minus one star. When I need something ASAP and don't feel like driving and hitting a whole grocery store, this spot saves the day! I don't drink much these days, but the alcohol section is wild in a good way. Red, white, bubbly, champagne, tequila, whiskies, whatever you want they got! The grocery section is decent and shines for me. They have fresh produce, awesome bread selection, tons of pasta varieties, and pre-made salad and snacks. Great excuse not to cook and if you're on the go. As a vegan shopper, this market does not discriminate. They actually have a great selection of vegan-friendly items: accidental vegan snacks, dips, organic options, dairy-free milks, and plant-based goodies tucked throughout the store. I even spotted gluten-free and vegan treats (even chocolate lovers won't be disappointed). If you're plant-based, you won't feel left out here. A quick go-to: Fresh salad, pita chips with some hummus. Maybe a cookie if you want to be naughty. Can't go wrong. Fresh and delish. Staff is friendly, fast, and conversational. Checking out is pleasant which is major to me. It makes or breaks my experience and whether I'll be a repeat customer. All in all, I'm fortunate to have another local spot in the neighborhood. Convenient, well-stocked, vegan-friendly, and kind people. Can't complain too much but lower prices is always welcome. I can support that. Tough times out here.

Little Italy Market & Spirits is a hidden gem for your everyday shopping and everything you could desire when it comes to spirits. A HUGE selection of red wines, white wines, sparkling wines & champagnes, whiskies, bourbons, rum, tequila, etc. They also stock many top-shelf items. Staffed by some very friendly and customer service-oriented people who are more than willing to discuss your desires, as well as engage in pleasant conversation. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this market. It is full of great Italian specialties and a huge huge wine selection. Fresh produce, and amazing selection of wonderful bread. They also have some prepared foods, although limited and the chicken, meat and fish selections are great and reasonably priced. Great selection of pasta. Checking out is such a joy because they are so pleasant and fast. Friendly staff!

Needed a late dinner. Grabbed a fresh salad and some pita chips with spicy hummus, plus a locally made cookie from Cravory; they did not disappoint.

Great selection of gluten-free and organic products. I appreciate the diversity of their food items, including their wine and liquor selection. Even their chocolates are superb!

I was dining nearby and walking back to my car when this place called LITTLE ITALY MARKET & SPIRITS caught my eye, especially since I needed more Liquor in my Bar at Home, this place has so many drink selections and Cigars too! Nice place to shop if you are looking for an Alcohol Variety.

I went in to grab breakfast and purchased something chilled from their refrigerator. I paid with an EBT card, and after I paid I asked if I could please use the microwave to heat up my breakfast. When you buy food from 7-11 or any grocery store they, of course, allow you to heat up what you just purchased. Now... the "law" states that you're not allowed to buy PRE-prepared or PRE-heated food, but once you purchase the food you're (very obviously) allowed to heat it. So I asked if I could please use the microwave and the guy at the front wouldn't let me. He said it's not allowed with EBT. That is FALSE. You can't buy PRE-heated and pre-prepared food. There's nothing against the law about heating food you've already purchased, that's absolutely insane and incorrect. So...I had to just throw it away because I'm not going to eat something half frozen. Treat your customers better. I mean... what a jerk. Won't even let you heat up the (way overpriced) food you just bought.

Always kind & fun. Great selection of products for every preference or dietary wants. Good hours open. A little pricey but convenient.
