We’re from out of town visiting Florida and stumbled upon Little Italy Italian Restaurant in Lake Worth — what a gem! The food was absolutely incredible, with massive portion sizes that had us all taking leftovers home. The owner treated us like family and made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. You can tell this place is built on love, tradition, and great food. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Discovered this spot today and was pleasantly surprised with the pizza and staff. The crust was so crispy with the perfect amount of chew and the cheese was gooey and pulled nicely. Sauce was nicely balanced with the right amount of sweet and acid. The staff was welcoming and the owner was present and involved. They had a nice mural being painted and you can tell they are putting a lot of love and care into this place. Definitely will be back.

First timer, I just went here on a tip from watching Brennan Taylor on YouTube. Let’s say this hole in the wall does not disappoint at all. They had a Pepperoni Pie as I had to go with the Plain cheese to see what this place is about. I came out of there with a 7.8 for this pie. Great undercarriage and great firmness on his pie. The crisp was just right, and the one bite did not disappoint. I found a local spot for Pizza. This is the place to go. I’m not easy to please, as I’m a Jersey boy expecting to eat good pizza. I also took one of his specials Big Sal’s Chicken. I just tried it with the wife. Maybe just a little less parmigiana. But otherwise, that was a great dish also. The owner Sal is a super nice guy. He’s pleasant and personable. Not too many owners like him out there. Guys get out here and support this local business. They will not disappoint at all. Enjoy!!!!

I love the pizza here, and garlic knots are my favorite. The red velvet cake is yummy. Sal, the owner welcoming.

What kind of restaurant doesn't allow a patron to sit and eat at 3:30 in yhe afternoon? This one. Highly disappointed without even trying it, and will not even try again. And to think I was considering a birthday party in these premises.

Today me and my uncle went on a mini "adventure" looking for a new place we have never tried. After talking about how great this pizza my uncle has been getting from a place called Little Italy we both agreed to find the restaurant and see what else they do well besides the Brushetta pizza (which apparently is so great according to my uncle who has very high standards ). We arrive and are pleasantly welcomed inside by a man who we later find out is the owner Sal aka Muffin. From that point forward had the most delicious food (I got a huge calzone and my uncle had sausage and peppers. Both were incredible). The pride Sal has for his family owned restaurant and profession is so refreshing. If you have a chance this place is worth stopping in to or ordering from. By the way, try their home made ranch! Sal we will see you next week! Muffin you know sumthin!

We are snowbirds getting tired of the crowds and looking for good food off the beaten track. I passed by Little Italy recently and had a 6th sense that it was what we were looking for - and I was right. Simple, unimposing, definitely family-friendly, it has the look to me of the small, local Italian retaurants in Brooklyn where I grew up. We had a salad that was basic and very fresh, pizza was out of this world, crust and sauce was perfect, and we'll be back to try out the rest of their small menu (I'm looking forward to the wings!). However we are pizza addicts, and Little Italy pizza has risen to the top of our "great & authentic Italian pizza" list (the owner is Sicilian and so am I :-). So glad I trusted my instincts about this place, it"s a find.

Authentic Italian restaurant! Amazing pizza coupled with genuinely friendly service! This Italian spot nails both delicious pies and top-notch hospitality. A must-try for pizza lovers seeking a welcoming dining experience. 🤌🏼 also Near near PBI Airport!

Yelp
My wife and I had an amazing experience here! We started off with their Caesar salads and garlic bread -- both were fresh and full of flavor. The garlic bread was perfectly toasted, and the salad was crisp with just the right amount of dressing. For our main courses, my wife had the Tucson Bread Chicken and I ordered the Chicken Parm -- both dishes were incredible. You can tell everything is made fresh; the flavors were rich, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The restaurant itself has a quiet, cozy, and authentic Italian atmosphere. It's definitely a hidden gem -- not crowded at all, which made it even more enjoyable. We finished off with two small cannoli, which were the perfect ending to our meal. We even had enough leftovers to take home! If you're looking for a homestyle Italian spot with great food, a relaxed setting, and wallet friendly this place is a must-try.

Yelp
Long overdue review. I have had this place a couple of times. This family-run business was passed down to Sal from his father. Sal is very welcoming and just a downright nice person. I highly recommend this place with no hesitations and reservations. Here's my review on the dishes. I crave Sal's dishes. My go-to dish is the Tucson bread chicken cutlets seasoned well. The ingredients are basil, garlic and chunks of tomatoes in an Alfredo sauce with penne pasta. My spouse ordered his lasagna, which was really delicious. It had pieces of meatballs. He actually baked the meatballs instead of frying them which I like better because it's more flavorful and not dried out when fried. They were packed with flavor and baked to perfection. See my pictures. Sal has two loyal customers. Just love this place. It's Vivi approved. If I approve, you know it's great because I'm very picky. Great food, good prices and dinner potions are a nice size can easily share. Thank you, Sal, for always making us laugh and making our meals so enjoyable! Much blessing to your business.

Yelp
We'd had a big lunch and didn't want anything fancy. We decided to have some pizza. Turning to Yelp, we found Little Italy. Based on the limited reviews and photographs, we weren't sure if this place would be takeout only or if they had dine-in options. We were pleasantly surprised to find a cozy neighborhood restaurant with a nice sized dining room. It has booths, tables, and a counter, as well. The restaurant is located on the east side of Military Trail just north of 10th Avenue. There's ample parking right around the free-standing building. And they're open every day but Sunday for lunch and dinner. They have a full menu of various Italian specialties, but we'd come for pizza. We started to order a medium pizza (the smallest size), but for a dollar more chose the large pizza. We started with the "New York cheese pizza" and added two "build your own" toppings: sausage and mushrooms. Each topping added is either $1.50 or $2.50 depending on the type. The pizza came out fairly fast. It was served by Sal -- native to South Florida whose family is from Brooklyn. They went to Brooklyn and then came back to Florida! We got to chat a bit with him and find out about his background and the history of the restaurant. The pizza was quite good. We didn't even have to ask for it to be well done. The crust was thin and slightly crispy. We ate more than expected and took some home. (It made a great breakfast the next morning!). We are looking forward to becoming regulars here. I'd like to try some of their other menu items -- as well as trying more types of their pizza.

Yelp
So glad to find this gem. The food is so fresh and I believe it's all made in house. Our dinners were served with salads of romaine, tomatoes and onion that's so fresh the romaine was sweet. I had chicken parmigiana because the eggplant was already sold out. Note to self, get there earlier. Sal makes 10 eggplant servings a day. He also makes the bread. My chicken was served with pasta with sauce. I think the sauce is made fresh too. My friend ordered stuffed shells. They had really good cheese in them. My other friend ordered meatball pizza. It looked amazing! Sal is friendly with everyone and brings the very hot food out as soon as it's finished. He also brought us a bowl of fresh hot garlic knots with olive oil. The ambience is well lit and family friendly. There's also a bar to sit at. I noticed beer on tap. Soda is from a can or fountain. Since we couldn't finish our meals Sal packed them up to go for us at our table. Will definitely be a repeat customer here!

Yelp
Finding good pizza in Florida hasn't been easy, at least not for me. Today I decided to give this place a shot and hoped that the pizza is at least edible. The first bite sold me as my partner and I high five and called my family to tell them about this place. The bonus was meeting Sal the owner and Angel who works there. Felt right at home, thank you guys for making us feel at home in your establishment. The place is clean and it's a good ambiance. Needless to say that we will be driving up from Boca for our pizza. Looking for to sampling the menu further.

Yelp
This is such a hidden gem! Sal is the funniest guy and all the workers are just as funny! The food is amazing and prepared fresh. I came in one day and immediately felt comfortable. You ever need a place where you can talk and laugh and get good food, this is the place. The bad reviews can suck it. All untrue and delusional. Don't believe a single bad things they're saying.

Yelp
Litttle Italy is a hidden gem. Our meals were delicious and the service was excellent. My Stromboli was really good.

Yelp
The food was OK. The restaurant is self was very dirty and grunge. Looking old outdated restaurant. I ordered a lasagna to go. He said it only comes with a salad. No bread I get home I open my food. Put it on a plate and as I'm eating my food. I noticed it had no meat. So I called the store and they didn't answer. I kept calling and hanging up several times after approximately 10 minutes. They called me back and said, did you call me? They never answer their phone I said. Yes why does my lasagna not have meat the Owner said you didn't ask for meat. So it doesn't come with me who eats the lasagna without meat. I would have ordered a manicotti if i wanted that. He said its extra money for meat on the menu it states lasagna with Meat sauce He said yes, we offer meat sauce for an extra fee. I said you can't put on the menu. Lasagna with meat sauce and then tell me it's an extra fee. It shouldn't be written on the menu like that. Then he got into a debate with me. And I said I will not be coming back there ever again.

Yelp
I ordered a veggie pizza , it was delicious. The crust perfect and the veggies were fresh . I got the order earlier than I was expected and it was hot. I recommended as one of the best in the area. The garlic bread was also good and hot.

Yelp
This place is absolutely amazing. We eat here just about every week, and even had a birthday dinner for 30+ people in August. Food is the best and the owners make you feel like family. Great atmosphere, and a place worth dining at.

Yelp
It was fast, & the best thing about it was that it was hot. But very mediocre! Garlic knots were very rubbery & chewy not soft moist. Salad was very basic, lettuce wasn't very green. Chicken Parm was just.. o.k... noodles were overcooked chicken was smothered in cheese & not crispy enough. I won't order from here again. Honestly I could've cooked a better dish. But it was hot.

Yelp
Excellent family run Italian restaurant. All home made stuff. Service is excellent, very good server and bartender. Food is good but average Italian... what's excellent is the price/food average. Not huge portions but very decent like they should be everywhere actually. Home made delicious garlic bread and salad with every dinner dish. Bread is really really good. Here are some pics for you guys to judge.

Yelp
I just ate the best Chicken Marsala in my life! This is a quaint family owned and operated Italian restaurant and the recipes used are passed down through generations from their Sicilian grandmother and mother. The sons that work in the dining area are super friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about the foods they prepare. My fiancé ordered the steak hoagie and it was delicious. We highly recommend this place for authentic Italian food, great service and friendly staff.

Jozet L.

Yelp
Just ordered 2 pizzas the other night and this place is usually AMAZING but they must have changed the recipe for the dough because that pizza gave me and my fam the shits and I don't think i will be back

Yelp
If I could leave this place no stars I absolutely would! I was in this horrible establishment last night with my husband and daughter and we were treated very badly while getting takeout. How hard is it for you to provide customer service for a patron who is not even eating at your restaurant? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, the food is mediocre at best and they lack even the slightest customer service.

Yelp
Great food! The pizza was cooked perfectly. The restaurant has a nice homey feel. The server Skender was really friendly and hilarious! I'd definitely come back

Troy T.

Yelp
This is my favorite Italian restaurant of all time- the owners are so friendly and make you feel right at home. The atmosphere has a cozy fire-lit feel, almost nostalgic. The food is beyond amazing, with succulent and bold flavors that have a home cooked taste, every dish is made to perfection. I highly recommend this lovely restaurant, a great place to eat and relax.
