We originally booked a room at The Teddy, specifically one with a full kitchen. However, upon check-in, we were unexpectedly placed at the Little Missouri Hotel instead, without any explanation or acknowledgment of the change.
During our three-night stay, we received NO housekeeping services at all. One of the beds appeared unmade when we arrived, and the bathroom was clearly not properly cleaned. Fortunately, we had brought our own cleaning supplies, which made the situation manageable but certainly not acceptable.
The front desk service was unremarkable and not particularly helpful, and the breakfast offerings were mediocre at best. This was my first visit to the property, and overall, the experience was disappointing. I expected more professionalism and basic hospitality standards.
If you’re simply passing through and just need a bed and a shower, this place will suit you fine. But if you’re in town for work or expecting a higher standard of service, you’d be better off finding accommodations elsewhere. For the price we paid, the lack of cleanliness and service was unacceptable.
