Little Mountain Vancouver

I’ve visited all the Little Mountain Vancouver locations in Vancouver. It’s a store that updates its inventory quickly and offers reasonable prices. However, there is a short straight-haired employee who works at the Gas Town location and seems unsuitable for a job that requires a good service attitude and awareness. Once, my friends and I went to the store with an hour left until closing, but this employee closed early and didn’t let customers in, even rolling her eyes at us, which was very rude. I hope Little Mountain Vancouver pays attention to training employees with good customer service awareness during hiring. Although the store isn’t theirs, they should pay attention to their behaviors when they are working. The employees at other locations are great.

Cute clothes but the sizing is terrible. Their size chart says that a large is equivalent to size 11-13 and a medium to size 7-9. I'm normally an 8 or 10 depending on the brand and according to the inches measurements here should have been a Large. All their large shorts were too small. I asked them if they were going to stock any XL sizes and they told me that they were going to work on having more inclusive sizing in the future. Not only do the clothes not match their stated measurements, an XL isn't even a plus/inclusive size, that's still straight sizing.

Love this place! However, the sizing is terrible. Both dresses are same material and size but one doesn’t fit…. i only buy clothing here when the clothes actually fit. It’s 2023 Little Mountain please be more inclusive with sizing!

This store is super trendy and they have such nice stuff. Definitely size up if unsure about sizes as their stuff fits a little snug. Also make sure if there is an item you are unsure of, buy it! Their merchandise doesn't seem to stick around for super long! Haven't had much experience with the store as we live on the island but their online customer service was amazing!

I don’t understand how this company gets away with their size range. You have to be a maximum of a size 4 to shop here. Come on guys, get with the times. Also. The quality isn’t that great? The material is thin/cheap feeling. The stitching on some of the dresses is really awful. It feels like this stuff is just bought from Shein and resold at a higher markup.

While the clothes are super cute, I cannot believe the lack of size inclusivity. S/M/L only? I tried on about 10 dresses and only 1 fit in the hips in a size large. As reference I'm a M/L/10 in bottoms at places such as AE, so I'd say Little Mountain is more of a XS/S/M. I know they're a small shop and that likely makes carrying many sizes difficult, but in my opinion XS-XL seems like the absolute bare minimum and they don't even meet that.

This store is amazing!! I haven't been in person yet because I live in Calgary, but we are moving to Vancouver Island in the fall and I want to make a trip over to the main land just to go to this store! They have the cutest and trendiest clothes ever. They also have excellent customer service (from the online end of things, never been in person). I seriously cannot wait to walk into this store and try on all their stuff!

Was told about this store from a friend who was visiting the West Coast. I have never personally stepped foot in the store, but I have bought 10+ items online (over 4-5 orders) and am quite impressed with all of them. They carry unique and stylish pieces that are hard for me to find on the prairies (I live in Saskatchewan). They are very well priced for their quality and boutique style feel. My jackets are comparable to Aritizia SuperPuffs/ trench coats but are half to a third the price. I stand by this store and I cannot wait to come visit Van and come see you guys in person! One jumpsuit did run a little small (but still worked) which is why I give it 4. Maybe they could include descriptions on their products if people should size up to help those shopping here from a distance!
