Little National Hotel Sydney

The rooftop bar was such a highlight,super cozy with a fireplace and comfy couches, it made the whole place feel really special. My room was small but very clean, and honestly, I loved my stay here. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to Gladys! She was so patient and cheerful, helped us figure out the best way to get around the city (especially since there were no trains from the airport when we arrived),she also called a restaurant to make a booking for us. Such a lovely experience

We had an amazing experience at Little National Sydney. Becky and the other lady at the reception were incredibly warm and welcoming — all smiles from the moment we arrived. Despite our super early arrival at 7am, they kindly let us check in early at around 10am for just $50. They even stored our luggage while the room was being prepared and brought them up for us in advance — such thoughtful service! While waiting, we relaxed in their beautiful hotel lounge, which is modern, cozy, and even offers free coffee — perfect for a quick nap after a long trip. The entire facility is sleek and stylish — very modern and well-designed. The only minor downside is that toothbrushes and toothpaste aren't provided by default; we had to purchase them for $4 each. Overall, this was one of our favorite hotel experiences ever and we’ll definitely come back next time we visit Sydney!

Outstanding Service and Lovely Stay! I can’t thank this hotel enough! I lost my phone during my stay, and the staff went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the whole situation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special bonus was the complimentary coffee at the rooftop bar — such a nice touch with a great view. I also really appreciated the 24-hour gym, which was clean and well-equipped — perfect for keeping up with workouts on my own schedule. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Sydney. The room was very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and pleasant experience. The location is excellent, just outside Wynyard Station, which made getting around the city super convenient. It’s also within 10–20 minutes walking distance to many popular areas like the Sydney shopping district, Darling Harbour, Barangaroo, The Rocks, and more.What really stood out to me was the modern high-tech features throughout the hotel. The lift system is not the usual kind, you scan your access card outside, and it automatically assigns you a lift to your room’s floor or the amenities level. There are no buttons inside the lift, which felt very secure and futuristic.Inside the room, both the bedroom and bathroom have built-in speakers, so I could enjoy my favourite songs throughout the space, such a great touch! They even provide an iPad in the room that lets you contact reception, access useful hotel info, and even browse suggested playlists if you don’t have one of your own. I really appreciated the attention to detail.Another highlight was the variety of pillows available. I chose the contour pillow and slept incredibly well.One thing to note: toothbrushes are not provided for free, there’s an extra charge if you need one. But it’s not a big deal for me since I always bring my own. Just a heads-up if you’re planning to stay here , remember to pack your toothbrush!The only small downside was the bathroom design, although there’s a glass door, some water did spill out after showering. But this was minor and didn’t affect my overall impression.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and tech-savvy place to stay in Sydney!

A little gem of a hotel; comfortable room despite it being small. The bed and the beddings were very comfortable and inviting. Lovely service from the staff… both front desk and cleaning services. ||Easy check in/out, digitally savvy space with a great location; proximity to light rail and train station.

The rooms here, though not large, are warm, clean, and feel very secure. The hotel corridors smell lovely with a pleasant fragrance and have nice music playing. The staff are patient and gentle. The hotel facilities are also very new, including a sound system and a large TV for movie streaming. I stayed here for over a week. In the end, I thought I'd try switching to another hotel... and now I deeply regret it!

The location was excellent, and the rooms were clean with a simple modern design that made us feel cozy. One small downside was that we couldn’t open the windows, which is just a personal preference. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable!

Had a terrible stay. The bed was swagging and super uncomfortable. Heating was turned up high and was only told at check out that individual rooms can be adjusted by contacting reception, it was so hot in there that we woke up coughing. Also, on the morning of our planned checkout, they texted me at 7AM to complete an online checkout which I wasn’t even able to utilise. The text notification woke us and we would have just liked to stay in bed. Room was not clean and I can imagine it would be very difficult to clean those box beds properly. Passed it on and also wrote a review and neither were acknowledged. Won’t be back.
