"It's not actually a hotel per definition but it features a bed and a table. And it is free to stay there for the night! Built by the artist Andrea Büttner in the belltower of the Weißfrauenkirche, the ca. 10 square meter room in the second floor is a very special place to be. Kind of like a birds nest you look down on the hectic street. It is used mainly by journalists and artist. You have access to the toilet and tea kitchen in the church. If you are interested in staying there your contact is curator Thomas Kober (+49 69 247 51 49 69 09 / diakoniekirche@diakonischeswerk-frankfurt.de)" - Dreimorgen

The location is super nice being right near the main train station in Frankfurt. Also, the facilities are quite nice/acceptable especially for the price. It is like a regular small hotel room which is very comfortable. If you walk 30 seconds outside there are a few restaurants and convenience shops which are very handy as well.

Pros: - Cheap price with Agoda discount - location is very near FF hbf Cons: - Unsafe: the hallway is full of weed smell. Okay Germany has just approved using weed publicly, but inside hotel? That’s ridiculous. - Starting from around 10-11pm until 2-3am, there was a lot of people walking, knocking on the door of next room(s), speaking or yelling very loudly. I even heard someone yelled or mourned like being injured. I and my friend were really scared that we had to use chair and luggage to lock the door room. - Near FF hbf may be convenient to travel but very unsafe as I saw drug dealers trading publicly on the street. And the streets nearby was not cleaned so generally it made my view about FF worse. - the bathroom has strong smell of smoking even though I ordered non smoking room. - there was no smoking detector (which was removed as I saw from the ceiling mark). Facilities are very modest so nothing to praise or complain specifically. I will never go back this hotel anymore. I slept 2 nights with the afraid of someone entering my room and that’s too much. - Note: no phone to contact receptionist so I did not dare to go outside hallway during night and complain. - Receptionist charged me 8 eur extra (2 eur per person per night) according to FF state tax. I was not informed about that from Agoda or the hotel before arriving.

Excellent service!..rooms are ok if you are just driving by. Unfortunately, cigarettes are still popular throughout Europe. The room had a strong cigarette smoking smell.

This was almost a year ago now, but my partner and I were in town for the night and wanted something quick, easy, and close to the station. Make no mistake, this is totally a tacky transit hotel, however it's one of the cheapest in the area, the building and rooms had genuine character, and the night manager was super friendly. Clean, comfortable, and literally a two minute walk to Frankfurt HBF. Really happy with our stay, and told the manager I'd leave a review, but totally forgot until now.

Third class services,Small and tinny rooms for couples,Old mattress, pillows like a Bag of garbage . No time table for check out ,they have there own times for check in and check out. Very Rude and idiot staff is working in front desk . If you are late only 10 minutes for check out Hotel staff(Thief's) demands you to pay more 15 Euros . Totally uncomfortable 😖 Specially for couples and Business persons .

They gave one of the worst rooms where the room was too small, the toilet was stinking. And we had to pay 60Euros for such a bad experience. They also refused to reduce the price - in Booking.com it was mentioned as 40 Euros. But they charged more when we went there. Better to stay in the hotel Pension opposite to it - it seemed cleaner and more hygienic. Avoid staying here people.

Perfect Location! The train station and the Flixbus are just 2 minutes walk. The staff in reception was really kind and professional. I have contacted the hotel few times before my arrival regarding the room and they sorted out and replying me all emails .

The location is great, near Frankfurt hbf. But the room is very very small, no elevators, minimum facilites in the room. Too expensive for this kind of service.
