I don’t even know where to start - Tricia, Alexandria, Kyle, and the ENTIRE team at Little Point Clear are absolutely INCREDIBLE! They ensured that our entire wedding weekend ran as smoothly as possible. Not only is LPC the most beautiful venue I’ve ever seen, but it was so nice being able to have my family stay there for our wedding weekend. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful location to get married or a more amazing team to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to get married in the Fairhope area!!!

I absolutely loved this venue and it was even more amazing than I could have imagined. I fell in love the very first time I saw it. The staff was so kind and easy to work with, especially Alexandria who was always so helpful with every question I had. She made the whole process feel so much less stressful and truly cared about making our day special. We got so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was. I loved having everything in one place and it made the whole day flow so perfectly. It was truly the most perfect venue and I’m so grateful we chose it for our wedding.

Great stay in the South Point Studio. So tastefully decorated and skillfully designed. Very private and you can park right outside the unit. Nice deli right next door. Super comfortable bed and convenient to all the high points of Fairhope.. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay at Little Point Clear! I had the most wonderful experience staying at Little Point Clear. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property was absolutely spotless and had such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. What really stood out was how incredibly accommodating the hosts were throughout my entire stay. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and were so responsive to any questions I had. The cleanliness was impeccable - you can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining their property. The cozy ambiance made it the perfect getaway spot, and I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend Little Point Clear to anyone looking for a exceptional stay with hosts who truly care about their guests' experience. I'm already planning my return visit!

Little Point Clear was the perfect stay for our girl’s trip to Fairhope! Beds are so comfy! Plenty of room! Accommodations were perfect! Also, great location!

CONS: The person over the phone booked the wrong suite so make sure you check your reservation! NO accommodations were made due to THIER mistake. Shower water turns ice cold after 10 min. Only 2 bikes worked and I had to put air in tires. PROS: Cute place, Great location.

We have been blown away with our experience with Alexandria! She has been so informative about every detail and has an answer to every question we ask, from vendors to layout. She is so educated on the wedding industry and we really lucked out having her as our coordinator. We are eagerly awaiting our wedding with no stress and I much ease thanks to her and everything provided my LPC!

AMAZING!!!! This place was perfect for our daughter's wedding. We spent the entire weekend. All family and friends loved the flow and intimacy it created with the different spaces. This was beyond beautiful and made for gorgeous wedding pictures. The staff was very kind and professional. I highly recommend them as your venue for any type of celebration or weekend getaway.

Little Point Clear Suites is definitely a hidden gem. I was scouting photo locations in Fairhope and I stumbled upon this place. LPC was perfect for a photo shoot. It had the perfect aesthetic for my brand. It gave the light and airy feel I love. They have outdoor area to have a wedding, reception, conference or a bridal shower. The rooms are perfect for a romantic weekend getaway or girls weekend. There are lots of places to shop and eat nearby. The owner Tricia was very nice and showed me around the property. I can't wait to go back but this time I'll make sure to stay longer because I didn't want to leave. I would have given 5 stars but the parking situation was confusing.

LPC is a lovely gem nestled in Point Clear. After attending the venue for a wedding, I had to book it for a family sleep over. What a great idea. The large living area upstairs was perfectly appointed. I felt like I was at home. But better since all of the decorations and amenities during the holidays were so magical and beautiful. It has a kitchen and everything else we needed for a comfy stay. The balcony upstairs is fabulous and extends the full length of the lofty bedroom. Perfect place to chill and curl up with my favorite book in one of the rocking chairs. I so needed this break from the norm. Can't wait to book Little Point Clear again for our next event.

Unless you are will to shell out mega bucks ,forego the planning and meeting. Made my appointment. They pushed it. Got there was made to wait outside in the heat then told , oh for a party your size you must book entire weekend. Just save your self some time and look else where.

Little Point Clear is absolutely amazing, we stayed here the weekend of our wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was adorable! Kyle and Lauren were super awesome the whole weekend. We wanted to go kayaking on Monday and Kyle had it ready for us to just hop in and go as soon as we got there. LPC is a beautiful, quiet place to stay and I 100% recommend staying there. Hopefully we can make it back for our anniversary

Perfect space for a wedding reception! We loved the flow of the venue (dance area, outdoor seating area, dining room, and back patio). Very nice for easy, fluid movement of guests and various spaces for entertainment. And the space was very clean and classic!

I had my wedding here. The wedding was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were very nice but the owner and the lady she works with are extremely rude. I have heard this from several people around the fairhope area but I still decided to use Little Point Clear as my reception venue. My husband and I ended up staying the night there after the wedding and the next morning we were treated absolutely terrible due to my wedding party checking out late. The owner texted my father explicit texts after paying thousands of dollars and my wedding party left in shock. The best man was also asked to pay more money than he agreed to, which he ended up having to argue his way out of. Even though I had an amazing wedding, I wouldn't recommend this venue to my newly engaged friends looking for a venue.

My husband and I recently got married at LPC and Tricia and Jessica were wonderful!! The place is beautiful and just our style, but the staff were so accommodating and easy to work with. The day of the wedding was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of it! Planning a destination wedding isn't always easy, but working with LPC made it feel like a breeze!

I used this venue for my wedding. I was very excited to book such a beautiful venue, but after the wonderful evening my wife and I were treated horribly. I would not recommend this place to anyone, because of the overwhelming rudeness of the owner and manager. I have never seen such blatant disrespect for a paying customer. The day after my wedding, when we are supposed to be enjoying ourselves, the manager made me clean the suite we paid for by myself because it was "the worst thing she'd ever seen". I cleaned the room in less than ten minutes though with the manager overseeing the whole thing while saying rude comments. I do not see why the cleaning crew couldn't have thrown the trash away, because it took no effort at all. The manager did not help with anything, and also was saying horrible things to my pregnant wife as she lugged large presents to the car. It is safe to say that we will not be back.

This is absolutely the most beautiful place to host a party!!! My family pulled off a surprise birthday party for my grandmother and the staff was very engaged throughout the planning process. The offered insightful expertise to ensure that our event was top notch and enjoyable for all of our guests. The convenience of being able to lodge on the property and partake in the event was also an added bonus. I highly recommend considering this venue for your next special event!!!! Kudos to the owners and staff for making our event one of the most memorable of a lifetime!!!

After about 20 years into my 30 year career as a high school tailoring teacher, in walks the Perfect Student. First day in class she decided she wanted me to make her wedding gown, whenever she found the groom of course, and therefore sketched it on a napkin. Fast forward to now, Little Point Clear of Fairhope has helped to make her dreams and mine come true. By booking the entire beautiful venue, for her wedding's activities, the staff was able to successfully coordinate and communicate with her family and friends that literally ranged from coast to coast . Plus they fulfilled last minute requests through the full kitchen facilities in the Grand Upper Polo level. One of the suites was perfect for me to even have the bride's final fitting on the Wedding Gown we planned in HighSchool. The large mirrors were absolutely perfect. The entire Bridal weekend was absolutely Picture Perfect. Thank you sew much to the owner and staff of this absolutely breathtaking and peaceful place that made the dreams of a Perfect Student become the reality of a Perfect Bride. W used the venu for our wedding day. 1) Communication. Was very poor during the preparation of our event. They sent us food choices which were not very clear. We asked for clarification. They sent another not clear "menu". There were such terms like "farm table", "food truck" - whatever. The prices were somehow connected to these catogories. We were told we could choose separately from the categories, and it even became more confusing. 2) Food. For our 2000 usd we had not big at all "farmers" tables with food on them. Probably, the real cost of them was much less. And we were hungry after the wedding. They also served it on plastic plates and plastic glasses. Then, we recollected how the venu owners asked us if we would bring our own dishware. We were surpised by the question, but we didn't think that they would use the plastic finally. 3) No place to hang the cloths on their restrooms. The toilet door didn't lock. 4) Conclusion. Then we told owners our opinion because they wanted, they answered "but we are doing our best"... 5) Money. They didn't give us our deposit back because we put these comment on Tripadvosor. So, dear visitors - decide by yourself if you want such "best". You may lose your money if you dislike something and put any comment about it in social media. Don't we live in a free society, do we?

I stayed at Little Point Clear for a weekend getaway with my husband and infant. The staff was friendly and easy to get in touch with, they were very considerate of our baby and ensured that we were comfortable. The room was spacious and had a lot of nice touches. They had a reception while we stayed there, but we barely noticed. Love this local BnB!
